Nice place but not a well planned itinerary

Uludag was nice with ice, chairlift and sledging. Green mosque and cable car ride was a treat but wished we had gone there when it wasn’t already night and dark. Itinerary could have been revised to deleting the turkish delight & jam store - none of the people were happy with these parts of itinerary. If it is compulsory, it should be kept for last so that we don’t miss on things which we actually came for. And in this process, the car ferry ride was deleted as there was no time left. Guide Ozturk was v polite and kind. And also our driver was v nice!

Ululadag mountain was all it was made out to be. Good tour guide Telek was informative .even thou long day was worth it .

We weren't taken to mosque. Only shops (scam) .the passengers were frustrated. We spent only 1 hour in Uludağ. The rest was all nonsense. The driver and the guide (Ahmed) was extremely racist and rude. Shouting at the tourists. The guide just got dropped after the tour. Did not even say bye anything

I have booked many tours in Viator. This one was absolutely horrible, useless and disgusting! The tour was nothing similar to the schedule shown on the website.The whole trip was scam. We were just taken to shops. (I am sure the local tour companies will get commission out of this from the shops)

The service was beautiful and the superintendent brother Suri I thought he was nice, helpful and helpful but unfortunately the plan of the trip was not good we traveled to the exchange by pass and is supposed to be a better ferry or ship and also a lot of stops and moves in shops and places. Our time enjoying the snow and the Olodag mountains was too short and limited.. Overall a good experience but please take note and thanks
