Great experience and great travel guide, such an amazing person really friendly and helpful. The driver also very friendly and polite throughout the whole trip. The only thing was food which is just average the portions are really tiny the rest trip was fantastic, Highly recommended

It was a good long tour, with lots of surprises. Tour of Turkish delight factory, jam factory etc.
Make sure you wear sensible shoes as there are hilly areas in Bursa.
The guides were very thorough with explanations of the history behind Bursa and Istanbul.
Cable rides were very exciting but I think the ride should've been for longer. Overall, this tour was worth it and I learnt so much about Istanbul

Overall ok, a few un-neccessary stops/activities, such as quad biking, at the beginning of the trip. Trip was overall a good experience. Highlight was cable car ride.

The tour itinerary was not worth. It is like shopping tour instead sight seeing tour. It was long journey and too many hours in the bus. There was nothing much to see. However the tour guide work hard to take us so many places but not worth.

3 or 4 stops in shops, made the trip longer.
Food not ok at all.
Bus not confortable and not for such long distances.
500 TL for funicular not mentioned but must be paid to go up and enjoy the snow

“We Go Turkiye Travel” and Viator
This is a complete waste of my time
and money. From 7:45 am until 23.00 I spent most of my time sitting in the bus not seeing what I wanted to see as per itinerary that listed in my tour list. The tour guide Omar Celik is unprofessional and unbecoming of a tour guide and focused only on taking us to retail outlets where we spent more time than allotted. The Itinerary is not the same as posted when I purchased the tour. This is a scam. Viator should check for good tours company on their website.This is totally unacceptable.
I have booked many tours with Viator without any problems. If tour company can’t full fill the itinerary they selling, they should cancel the tour and not put you with another group that have a different itinerary and expectations. This did not happen as we expected based on the itinerary. I am still waiting for respond from Viator and the tour company “We Go Turkiye Travel”

The guide was good, yet the trip was way too long with almost half the trip spent on the bus to get from one place to another. The time spent in the places we visited was too short compared to the trip duration.

This tour is a SCAM and not the one advertised. Rather than featuring the city of Bursa it was an afterthought bolted on after the tour took you to loads of places in an attempt to get you to part with your money! In a long day of around 13 hours, only an hour or so was around the advertised attractions!
I raised with guide/tour company and Viator and they seem to ignore the challenge!

It was very cold on top of the mountains but no scenery to see. It was just the lift that made it exciting
In Bursa city, there were only few silk stores that are open. All souvenirs sold at those stores can be found at Grand Bazaar in Istanbul.
They brought us to Turkey Delight stores. Again, these stores can be found in Istanbul.
They brought us to a giant 650 yr old tree. Not too impressive because one has to go up the hill.
I cannot recommend the Bursa tour.

First of all, there were too many unnecessary stops at commercialized sweet shops, some were uncalled for if you follow the itinerary. The last stop in Bursa, we were only given 30 minutes by the green mosque. Even there, we were pulled into the gift shop and forced to spend more than half the time there, leaving no time for the mosque. Technically, we didn’t even see Bursa at all, even though the tour is called “Bursa”. Next, when we went to the Uludag mountains, one of the stops was this chair ski lift that cost extra and was not included; it wasn’t worth the time that was wasted there. On the other hand, the next stop at the included cable car was worth it; amazing views and 15 minute ride down. The negative was the time we had to wait for the bus after the cable car, which we could’ve used to sightsee in Bursa. And ti be clear, the so called “cruise” was only on the way back to Istanbul, and it was a ship where the cars were loaded, not a passenger ferry. Overall, we spent more time in the buses. We got in the bus at 8:15 am and got to the first sweet shop at around 12 pm. We got back to the hotel around 11 pm. Only an hour and a half went towards some nice spots where walked around a bit, and the rest was in commercialized shops and transport.

the trip is highly comprehensive and covering Bursa thoroughly. We had a great time. It includes very nice lunh and all the top spots to visit in Bursa. Prepare to get back to the hotel around 10 pm or so.

Visiting Bursa / buying Turkish delight / coffee at the Australian coffee shop / viewing the large tree / lunch was excellent / skyway and cable cart excellent.
Jocob tremendous excursion guide and the driver was a very good driver indeed.

Well where do I start with this tour?
So disappointed with how this tour was from start to finish.
I was collected early morning, then rounds start to collect others joining the tour this can take upto 2 hours.
We finally set off where the tour guide will briefly explain the day.
To cut this very short and not go into it too much, there was more time spent driving in the coach than doing any activities, and yes understanding that the weather wasn't great, still tye experience didn't live up to my expectations, so if you want to be driven around Bursa with the odd occasions stopping then go ahead, but for me I won't be wasting my money on this again!

This was not a cable car ride, it was a ski lift, we had a five month old with us and this was definitely not what is shown in the photos. Also - it is not a ferry ride, it’s a barge to go to the other side, all bathrooms on the barge were filthy. Tour was much longer than expected. There were no activities at the top of the mountain only photos that were 150 lira per picture. Expensive cafe at the top and it is the only option.

Impuntuales para la recogida, pero lo peor no piden disculpas. Al llegar a mi tour por mi, el encargado me hizo caminar aprox 10 min para tomar el minibus. El tour en general es mediocre . Le ponen más énfasis a ir a comprar algo que de mostrar los lugares de interés . El trayecto es largo. Yo no lo recomendaría a nadie hacerlo . Para terminar nuestro tour líder al regreso se baja el y nos deja con el conductor . Sin palabras . Interesante el telesferico aunque sea en otoño y no había nieve. Pero te das una idea del lugar .

Wir hatten eine Bursa-Tour gebucht und hatten von Bursa kaum etwas gesehen. Wir waren in Bursa erst um 17:00 Uhr, kurz vor Sonnenuntergang. Vorher mussten wir einige Shops besuchen, dann den ältesten Baum, anschließend Mittagessen und dann hinauf auf den Berg.
Die Tour entsprach nicht im entferntesten den gebuchten Programm. Nach einem Gespräch mit den Reiseleiter sagte er, dass dies sein Programm wäre bzw. was wollen sie für 47 €. Eine absolute Frechheit. Auch andere Teilnehmer an der Tour hatten sich beschwert und wurde genauso abgefertigt.
