The driver was late 30 minutes after we traveled 13 hr The driver did not speak English No amenities ex water Car was dirty and smelt exhaust / cigarette also cracked windshield

Instructions said that they will be outside with a sign. I go outside and there are two streets of pick up. After communicating with company and walking back and forth, I finally met up with a female rep with no sign after 45-50 minutes. Then we had to wait for the van. I was not offered water even though it’s on the ad, and the WiFi address did not show up on my phone. It was a smooth ride once we got on the road. I was dropped off a block away because the driver said he could not get any further. I’ve booked private rides before and all drivers stood outside with my name on it.
