Quaint experience in a small Hanoi restaurant with a really friendly, informative guide. Had the opportunity to watch her make an Egg Coffee before having a go at making our own! Spring rolls provided also delicious.

This egg making class was grea and a must do!!! I loved how she shows me how to make it first and then she let me try it by myself afterwards. I was able to record her too which was nice for memory so I can go back home and show my boyfriend, family and friends how to make it. They even provided me with some spring rolls as an appetizer and they sent me a pdf with the recipe/ instructions on how to make the egg coffee in case I forget. I was even able to share that recipe with my coworkers as a virtual souvenir when I got home from vacation. When I got home I made the egg coffee for my boyfriend, who is an extreme coffee lover, and he loved it!

Booked the 1h egg coffee course. Great experience and worth the money! You get 2 egg coffee and some spring rolls for snacks. The course is conducted in a small restaurant. In my case I was the only participant. The guide was very nice, ingredients were fresh and everything was hygienic. They show you how to prepare egg coffee first afterwards you prepare your first egg coffee on your own😀.

We loved this class! Jenny was very nice and she made the process enjoyable. We were able to make our own egg coffee after she showed us how step by step. We were also given our choice of Vietnamese spring roll which we had with our coffee. Thanks again to Jenny for making our first time visit to Hanoi memorable and fun!
