A wonderful experience for my family. There were plenty of activities and lots of time to explore on your own. Every stop was worth it and memorable. Duke (our tour guide) was very informative, organized, and professional. I would recommend this tour for anyone! It is worth your time and money.

Row boat along the rice fields were memorable experience, Suggestion: the bicycle trip was just a highway ride it's not that safe also i recommend if you can make the route to countryside road it will be great, otherwise bicycle trip is not worth Guider Mr Harry was very charming and enthusiastic

The trip was fine but the tour guide said some pretty out of color things about Vietnamese Americans unprompted which was strange. Overall, for a tour guide he seemed to know very little about the world and asked us a lot of inappropriate questions. He didn’t seem to speak very good English at all and throughout the trip it was unclear where we were supposed to do next. The trip is nice and fun but overpriced for what you get.

ONLY for Vietnamese people, if European stay away

We DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR, and was only for VIETNAMESE people. The guide has asked for extra money only to us, out of 15 people, because of a different itinerary from what we booked. That felt more like a racist way to get a TIP, than a real payment for the tour. The vietnamese explanations were long and rich, the English translations brief and not caring. By 9 am it was CLEAR that we got SCAMMED. We tried to enjoy the rest of the day, but honestly we DID NOT. It would have been 100 times better if we stayed at the hotel whole day.

Dear my Friend, Thank for your feedback, however i think you should evaluated a honesty.When you book group tour it mean that you must join with other people as long as our guide still speak english with you. For extra payment the guide had explain with you that Tam Coc was closed because local rower stroke therefore we must change tour to Trang An with longer boat trip so we asked you support to pay extra 50,000 for the different ticket between Tam coc and Trang An. During the tour we had other people go to Mua Cave, your tour excluded but we were pleasant to pay extra 100,000/ ticket to let you go to Mua cave. I dont understand you got what scammed? If you went by private tour ofcourse you can ask what you want but when you accept to join group tour please follow with other group. We really sorry that make you are not enjoyed the trip but we hope you can sympathize for us when we serve not only you.

Il posto è magnifico e tutto ben organizzato. Il bus era veramente confortevole e il cibo buono con opzioni vegane e vegetariane. La guida aveva un forte accento e spesso faticavamo a capire il suo inglese.

Belle excursion au départ de Hanoï

Superbe excursion à cause des paysages. Un peu touristique quand même. Le déjeuner était très bien. Le guide parfait. Le temple pas très intéressant. Par contre la balade en bateaux c'est magnifique, un de mes plus beau souvenir de voyage. La route un peu longue depuis Hanoï. Mais les endroits magique ça se mérite. Bon trip à vous.
