I had an amazing time at this cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. The whole experience felt very authentic and welcoming from start to finish. We began with a visit to a local market to pick out fresh ingredients, which was really interesting and gave great insight into local food and daily life. After that, we went to their home where the class takes place. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and it felt more like cooking with friends than attending a formal class. The instructions were easy to follow and it was great to actually prepare the dishes ourselves. Everything we made was delicious, and sitting down together to enjoy the meal at the end was the perfect way to finish the experience. I truly loved it and would definitely recommend it!!
