Places we visited in this tour was good. But I won't recommend this cruise. Their buffet lunch was really bad.. very less options , no desserts & the food they had tasted so bad (we really liked the Vietnamese food in hanoi) They don't allow us to take water bottle to cruise and then they won't serve water as well in cruise. We have to buy water from cruise. The snacks (fruits) they served was very less. If you are late , it would be over. They won't refill it. So all in all, go for the halong bay tour, but not with this cruise.

I would recommend the Ha Long Bay tour I had travelled to Vietnam 13 years ago and returned in 2023 after COVID. This trip was on my agenda this time. Did not do the stairs on Ti Top island but that's OK.

Boarding and Disembarking is very difficult. They should have had some platform or something. Wine offered was like a sample and not proper glass of wine. They don't replenish the food. We were not able to get few dishes

Pathetic unorganised tour

Look for another tour guide The one we got named Jimmy was so unhelpful unorganised and useless guide. Took over an hour foe pickup his reason company pur wronh address. No commentary made no information. At the end we were drop off a place we dont know was told street was vlose. Our street was not close. Most of us in the tour was really upset. No way I am getting a tour from Cozy.

We dropped you off where is far from your hotel around 50 meter from Cho Gao to 23 Nguyen Sieu ( your hotel). So I think that it is not big problem. We know that you are not really happy because of our tour guide but with 1 star, It is not worthy. Anyway, thank you again for your enjoyment. Thank you very much!
