Upon booking I informed the company one guest was travelling with a folding scooter. Upon arrival checked in to ask about scooter, told to come back early before our trip. Came back 45 minutes early, I did and 3 minutes before boarding was told we cannot bring the scooter. Sad part is they did not even care. Seems very unorganized.
This tour is marked Hegel chair accessible.

Easy booking, but on the day of the tour it was poor communication and we were given the wrong location.. therefore had to be refunded so ruined the day

Nicevtrip. It was 3 hours instead of 1.5h. The driver /guide was very nice and interesting theone thing that have to be improved is the meeting point details.

perhaps just outright one of the worst tours we’ve ever done and we do many and then add what we paid for it and it’s borderline contempt. Started a half hour late and effectively was a ride to a few of the feature sites with a audio track playing in the background with zero and I mean like zero enrichment. It sounds like you’re better off paying a taxi unit. At least you’ll get stuff pointed out to you rather than a soundtrack plane in the back of a mini bus. we got sublet out to the Blands so I would avoid them as well

Good value. But the directions to the meeting place wasn’t clear. The location given was about 400 meters away from the actual meeting place and had to walk around for 45 min before finding the tour. The driver was very helpful and was a good alternative to our cruise options for excursions. The caves were the highlight since the monkeys weren’t out due to the weather.

Una estafa! contratamos un tour en español y eran todos ingleses. Le tuvimos que decir al conductor que habiamos pagado tour en español y entonces nos hizo alguna traducción al español cuando daba explicaciones,aunque el audio que ponia a veces era en español y ingles. Luego pagamos una entrada que entraban los Tuneles de Asedio, y no nos pararon, cuando llegamos abajo nos dijo el conductor que le teniamos que haber avisado cuando en la reserva si que salía que iba incluido. Después de varias reclamaciones ya lo han sacado para que no aparezca más (resulta que no somos los únicos a quien le ha pasado) ahora en reclamación para que nos devuelvan el importe de las entradas de los Tuneles... y nada más que excusas de momento ni un euro nos han dado. Porque hemos pagado por ello.... y el tour muy simple y con mucha prisa!

Resultó que reservas tour en castellano pero hay solo en inglés . Gracias al conductor que era super amable , disfrutamos . No recomiendo reservar por la página , porque no todos tendrán la suerte de estar con el mismo conductor .
