Truffle Hunting & Pasta Making

Transportation from Florence can be provided. Everybody was courteous and helpful. We took a ride out of the city and into the mountains. The scenery was beautiful. The guide and the dog found multiple truffles. The pasta making class was fun and informative. Because a white truffle had been found recently, we were able to taste both white and black truffles. This is experience is definitely worth doing.
