What an amazing class! We not only had a wonderful time getting to know our fellow classmates but also actually learned a lot of transferable skills to bring home with us. Chef Vary made pasta and authentic Italian cuisine very approachable. I would definitely take the course again!

Chef Vary was the most warming and welcoming person we met in Florence. She absolutely made this the best part of our visit to the city. She let us get our hand dirty but also did much of the preparation. It was a three course meal that we entirely prepared ourselves and got to enjoy in her beautiful third floor walk up home that over looks the gardens. We had champagne during the preparation and a great Chianti during dinner. We could not have asked for a greater experience in Florence.

Absolutely wonderful! Chef Vary was a great teacher, and we really enjoyed the private cooking class in a B and B environment. The food was incredible, and the experience was one-of-a-kind. Would highly recommend!
