What To Expect

Confusing pick up arrival in Florence

The driver arrived on time and he was very helpful and very nice! But please update the pick up instructions there is no terminal C and the company (not the driver’s fault) need to update/fix pick up instructions. To meet at the tabacchi shop in the middle of the station. Or meet in front of venchi or any other landmarks. We ask the police, station employees, train line employees where was exit C and nobody knew about it.

Impeccable service and travel with a large family

Traveling with a family of 7 and this was well worth it! Marco was incredibly professional, took care of all the details and made it easy to get from the train station to where we stayed. Appreciated him pointing out important monuments, bridges and buildings during our ride.

Train was late beyond our control and the driver just had to drive 5 minutes from Firenze Train station to St. Regis and he complained the whole road saying he had other clients… so who we were then? Not a good example of Italy hospitality!

The transfer company was on-time waiting for us. Our driver was gracious enough to coordinate with our private apartment host on rendezvous point logistics. The vehicle was a 6-pac van for our four travelers. Worth every single penny of investment to ensure personal/private transfer to our apt. Worry free without having to deal with additional stops, people, tight taxi transport, luggage, etc. We were dropped within walking distance of our private apartment. The only thing preventing our door-stop delivery, was a pedestrian-only piazza between us and the apartment.

There was unexpected construction in front of our hotel, but the driver parked the car and walked our us and our bags to the hotel as well. It was so nice for our driver Sergio to be waiting for us when we exited the train. He had a sign with our name on it which made it so incredibly easy. He was so professional and polite. He helped us with our bags and was very interesting to talk to on our way to the hotel. This is a wonderful service. Our driver was late to the station due to unforseen traffic circumstances. However, he arrived within a few minutes, we located him and after that no issues at all. Most pleasant, great Mercedes van, held all of our 7 people and luggage. It was a very brief drive to the hotel, but frankly if you want the special treatment and no hassle, this is a great way to go. More expensive than other ways taxi, walk absolutely, but convenience and luxury treatment here worth it for our family. Would do it again.
