Highly Recommended Cooking Class in Fez

One of the best cooking classes we have ever done! Nour and her mom are so sweet - we really enjoyed spending time with them in their beautiful home, cooking and laughing together! We made bissara soup, pastilla pies, kefta tagine, and spiced oranges for dessert. We were also treated to Nour's mother's homemade pastries and breads as well as delicious tea. Highly recommend!
