We started with a visit to the local market to get some fresh ingredients. Then we went to the traditional riad and were welcomed with Moroccan tea. The cooking class started by watching the steps, most of the ingredients were already cut. After a while, we were invited to help with some parts. Then they finished the recipe, it was delicious. There was a nice atmosphere with the Moroccan family, although the activity involved less actual cooking than described.
