Everything is running smoothly. We’ve been picked up on time, the driver drives safely and we arrive the destination right on time. Also stopped a couple of times for pictures and coffee. It’s a very good experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent option if you are looking for one way transportation between Chefchaouen & Fes. Our driver picked us up right on time at our desired location (Hotel Parador roundabout in Chefchaouen) and then drove us in a mini bus (8 seater van) to Fes. The trip took about 4 hours with a quick stop around halfway through. In summary, great value and service.

This is a fantastic service . We were picked up on time and driven to join the bus. The driver was great & the guide set expectations about the planned stops along the way . The timing on the stopovers was well communicated & carried out efficiently. We were then met by a taxi who took us to the Medina & the driver called our accommodation so we were met and assisted with our baggage in Chefchouen. Very well planned and executed trip . I’d highly recommend this service & thanks to all involved.

Dangerous driving and delayed arrival

We did arrive safely, but the journey was quite stressful and uncomfortable. Our driver told us we’d have a 15 min break, which turned into 25 min while we all waited by the car.. he was having a cigarette. The air conditioning barely worked, and the van was extremely hot for most of the trip. On the road, there were several close calls, including moments of driving into oncoming traffic, which felt unsafe. We appreciate that long drives can be tiring, but more caution, professionalism, and comfort would have made a big difference.

Bus was not comfortable- broken seats, old, bumpy. The ride took 1.5 hours longer than advertised. Lots of waiting. Aircon was super loud.

The driver was welcoming and friendly and the car was super clean, good air conditioning, very smooth ride. We were able to communicate well with the driver before so we knew where to meet him, he was on time and exactly where he said he would be. Not what we signed up for

Expected to be in a van but was put into a cramped bus with no a/c. The booking said there would be no more than 15 people, this bus was full close to 30 people. When we asked why we are in the bus, he said the booking never promised a van, despite the fact there were only pictures of vans. The bus broke down twice and the drive felt very unsafe. When we got to Chefchaouen, it eventuated that they had left another passengers bag in Fes by the roadside. Do not book this transfer. You’re far better buying a CTM bus ticket instead.

It was a long ride; hilly and swervy. It however was beautiful. Most of the time was quiet. Once we arrived to Chefchauen our driver made a special transfer to a special car to get us closer to our hotel.

We only needed the transfer from Fez to Chefchaouen, but we got so much more! Ouma was such a great guide and host for our journey, answering our questions along the way and ensuring that we were taken care of in finding our riad in Chefchaouen. The photo stops were breathtaking and the walking tour in the town was so interesting. The local guide has a great mastery of both English and Spanish for our tour. We could not have asked for more!!

Comfortable and quick transport from Fes to Chefchaouen

Booked a shared transfer from Fes to Chefchaouen and would highly recommend this if you need a budget-friendly way to get to Chefchaouen. We were picked up promptly from our Fes hotel at the time we were told and were in a minivan of 7 people total. We made a few quick stops along the way. The drive took a total of about 4 hours. Very professional company and would book this again.

We were due to be picked up at 8am from the Riad, this was from the information provided the day before. At 8.10am we had heard nothing and no one had arrived at the Riad. The Riad’s host called the company off her phone and they confirmed that they were on their way. At this point we also confirmed again with the company the exact Riad we were at to avoid any confusion. We continued to wait, the company did not attempt at any point to contact either myself or the Riad host which they had both numbers for. At 9.10 the Riad’s owner arrived and said that he had contacted the company and that he will take us to where the taxi was waiting. When we arrived at the taxi the driver took no responsibility. Other passengers were waiting for over an hour and had not received an explanation as to why. When we finally started driving at 9.15, an hour and a quarter after we were due to depart, when asked for an explanation to why he was late the driver just kept saying someone else got lost and it was not his fault. 15 minutes into the journey he turned around and said ‘are you still angry’ when we replied ‘yes’ he laughed and said ‘just forget it’. 30 minutes prior to arrival he asked again ‘if we are still angry’ and laughed. No apology or acknowledgment was received from the company or the driver. Do not use this if you want a peaceful, stress free, timely transfer.

Souka (travel host) was very responsive to all questions and provided information on the bus ride about Chefchaouen before we arrived. She ensured we got to our accommodation safely and communicated with the host for us. Only thing was the transfer was to leave Fes at 8a but due to waiting for other passengers, we didn't leave the area until 8:45a. There should be a 15 min wait time as other passengers shouldn't suffer who were on time.
