FINDING YOUR DRIVER Please be waiting in front of the cruise ship exit 10/15 minutes before your pick up time, the driver will be holding a sign board with your name. Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. Changes to pick up times must be requested to your supplier or booking agent at least 24hrs prior to departure. If the change is accepted by the supplier, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for clients who are not collected on time and subsequently miss any flights or forward travel if details of the booking have changed and we have not been advised accordingly.. In the event you are delayed for your disembark you must call the supplier.

Transfer mix-up ends with highest rating!

Due to a crazy coincidence (not of Luxer's making), we ended up in a vehicle with the wrong company headed to the wrong place. (Two drivers and companies scheduled to pick up different "Roberts" at 7:30AM from the cruise terminal). Forty-five minutes into our "transfer", I received a phone call from Luxer (Viator) stating that their driver was waiting for us at the cruise terminal since 7:15AM (it was now about 8:15AM). I said that can't be possible because we were in a vehicle headed to Venice with our driver. It turns out the other driver picked up the wrong "Robert" (I asked if he wanted to see our ticket and he said he didn't need to) and while in the vehicle we even asked how long the drive was to Venice. (His original fare was going to Bologna). At any rate, I asked the person who called if the driver would wait for us at the cruise terminal and it would take about 45 minutes for us to turn around and get there. The driver, Stefano, agreed to wait for us to return to the terminal. We arrived back at the terminal a little after 9AM and Stefano was there waiting for us. I have nothing but the highest marks to Luxer and Stefano for the professionalism and for waiting for us when they really didn't have to based on the contract terms. Stefano is a great young man and he drove carefully and didn't seem to mind having had to wait for us. Based on this excellent service, we scheduled another transfer for later in the week with Luxer.

I wish there was a zero star option. Pick up at 6am for an airport transfer. At 5:50 get a call there was an accident and the car won’t arrive. Fine, things happen and glad the driver is okay. I can’t miss my return flight. I asked if they’d send another car, they said no. They said to request a refund thru Viator and once I did they went radio silent.

As you well know, our vehicle broke down on the way to Ravenna. We offered to send you a replacement vehicle as soon as possible, but you refused, preferring the competition (Uber).

Great service, well worth the money. Our driver Marko spoke very good English. He arrived on time and was a very pleasant young man. The mini bus was very clean and comfortable. The transfer was approximately 2.5 hours and on the journey Marko pointed out places of possible interest and advice on getting around Venice as I use a wheelchair, his tips and hits were gratefully received. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very nice black Mercedes S class vehicle and comfortableThe driver was on time. Only difficulty was confirming the pick up time as the options on the scheduling website were a little difficult to fill out. It would’ve been nice to receive a confirmation from the driver in advance, given all the transportation difficulties coming in and out of the Ravenna cruise terminal.

Arrived safely at our island resort and we had a great driver, but too fast on the road for me. Not used to the speed and passing on European freeways. But ship to private shuttle to water taxi transfer was seamless and we were at our resort on time as promised. Still pricey though!

Driver did not show up at scheduled time. Our family had to find a cab 25 minutes after we were supposed to be picked up so as not to miss our flight. Vendor has thus far refused to refund me and I have initiated credit card dispute.

Very Poor Customer Service

My pickup was scheduled for 7 a.m. on 10/22/23. At 7:05 a.m., I called the emergency number on the confirmation and explained to the person that answered the phone that we were unable to locate our driver. I was told that the driver would be coming soon in a black van/SUV. At 7:08 a.m., 4 of the party of 6 watched the driver pull into the driveway and confirmed that he was the correct driver. One of my guests, had to assist the driver with stacking the bags because he seemed to be confused. At 7:13, the last 2 guests (myself and husband) arrived at the car, to find that the driver was guests were still loading. At 7:15 p.m., the number that I had called for the emergency called the driver and asked to speak with me. At this time, the driver was loading the last bag onto the car. When I answered, the person on the other line, threatened to have the driver leave, if we hadn't packed up and immediately and left. I told him that the driver was late, and he again threatened to have the driver unpack our things and leave. To make matters worse, the driver was falling asleep on the way to the airport. We had to get his attention several times to stay awake. This was a very unprofessional company and I will NEVER use or recommend their services.

I was really nervous about making these reservations. But as it turned out the driver was in communication with me a couple of days before and he was out there waiting when we walked off the ship @6:45 am. Got to the airport in 2 hours with enough time to find our way around the very confusing Marco Polo airport and have time to relax before our flight.
