I booked mistakenly with an Italian guide which we needed English when we arrived in Edinburgh tried to contact them to change to a English guide but didn’t hear back in time so we decided to no show we have had success with our other bookings over this trip

As we are now in the high season of July, most of our scheduled tours are fully booked in advance. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make last-minute changes once a reservation is confirmed. For this reason, it’s especially important to carefully select the preferred language when making the booking.

Pessima Guida abbiamo lasciato il gruppo dopo un 'ora . La guida Giada non era minimamente preparata sulla storia della città , nessun approfondimento sui luoghi, monumenti , storia della Scozia . Alle domande che le abbiamo rivolto ha risposto addirittura inventando! Ha cercato inoltre di farci fare sosta in un negozio da lei conosciuto per l.acquisto di sciarpe oltretutto dichiarando che il cashmere è prodotto in Scozia ! Per favore testate le guide e le loro competenze ! Abbiamo solo.perso tempo con un' incompetente!
