Great day out, highly recommend.
Karen_G, May 2026
Had a great day, extremely busy but managed well by the team. Love that the glass partitions represent a pint glass internally and all the way up to the top floor.
Tasting sessions were a great treat.
Response from Host, May 2026
We’re delighted to hear you had a great day and enjoyed the experience. It’s wonderful to know the team managed things well despite how busy it was, and that you appreciated the unique design and tasting sessions.
We hope to welcome you again soon! Andrei at Big Bus Tours!
Wonderful time
Angela_C, May 2026
Had a wonderful time and learning so much about Guinness. It’s something that I didn’t drink. But learned to take a sip and let it sit on my pallet for 3-4 secs and swallow and breathe through your nose. And the beer was not bad. Was not a strong bitter test at all
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear you had such a great time and enjoyed learning more about Guinness in a fun and engaging way. It’s fantastic to know the experience gave you a new perspective and even changed how you taste it! We’re so glad it became part of such a memorable visit and hope to welcome you on board again soon.

napoleon_c, May 2026
Wonderful time
Wish Guiness had more seats at the Gravity bar but it was very cool and we had fun. The shop is extensive and the experience is very immersive
And hop on bus is always a great introduction to any city
Tho they may seem like a stupid touristy think to do, we take them in every city we visit to get a preliminary "roof top" review of the city
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear you had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the immersive visit at Guinness, even with the busy Gravity Bar. It’s great to know that the hop‑on hop‑off tour continues to be your favorite way to get a rooftop overview of each city you visit. We love that it’s part of your travel tradition and are glad Big Bus Tours could help set the tone for exploring the city.

Big bus sucks
Karen_N, Apr 2026
The BigBusTour is limited and in one direction, only 9am-6pm so you can’t get back where you started if it’s after 5pm.
And you can’t split a group ticket once you begin travel. Really disappointing.
GUINNESS WAS GREAT FUN!
Guinness of Dublin.
Raymond_H, Apr 2026
The walking tour at Guinness was an educational experience of how a truly great brewer consistently produces a top shelf product. The tour was well worth the time and a not to be missed experience in Dublin. The pint at the conclusion sealed the deal.
A great way to see the Dublin
Kari_M, Apr 2026
The hop on/hop off bus tour is a great way to get the lay of the land when you first arrive. My only comment is that they advertise that the ticket is good for 24 hours, but the buses stop running at 6:00 pm, so that’s kind of misleading. I would recommend starting the tour in the evening to see the city, then you have the next day to go back to places you’d like to revisit.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Hello Kari_M! We want to express our gratitude for your feedback. It's wonderful to hear that the tour was an ideal way to explore Dublin. We're sorry to learn about the confusion regarding ticket validity and operational hours. The ticket is valid for 24 hours, allowing you to enjoy the tour during the operational hours. So, if you begin at 1pm, you won't be limited to just a few hours; you can also join the tour the next day until 1pm. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best wishes, Vlad from Big Bus Tours.

Lncushing, Feb 2026
Guiness is not open on Sat or Sunday, so make sure you book for a weekday. Its a fun tour, and worth doing. The pint at the end, while overlooking the city is quite lovely
The drivers on the bus are really informative, and were happy to answer all of our questions, and make suggestions
Great way to see the city

Guinness Factory amazing and Hop on Hop off bus briliant
Bridget_C, Feb 2026
Great Hop on Hop off bus and fantastic staff. Guinness factory was amazing definitely worth a visit and all the staff there were helpful and friendly. Word of caution I would not visit the factory in high season, 8000 visitors per day I was told.

Day of Irish pride and beauty
Maureen_C, Jan 2026
Quiggs and Mustafa gave us the best day today! From the smiles of the first boarding, jokes along the way and the beauty of the country -this was an amazing day. The pride and extraordinary amount of spirited information from Quiggs, our tour guide, made this otherwise long day, a fun and full filling time. He was so informative and engaging. I admire so much the pride he has for his country and he brought that out at every stop along the way. Thanks Chat GPT for recommending this tour company and thanks Quiggs for giving us an unforgettable day.
Response from Host, Jan 2026

A must see when in Dublin
Beth_D, Oct 2025
Very interesting exhibit and the views from the bar on top can't be beat. Make sure you give yourself enough time. Our tour was at 4:45 which didn't give us much time before it closed for the day.
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Hi Beth_D. We wish to thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that the hop on hop off tour and the Guinness Storehouse tour were interesting, and made your time in Dublin feel special. We hope to have you back soon. Best, Vlad from Big Bus Tours.
On the fence for recommending this Tour Bus
Mark_S, Oct 2025
The viator app is not reliable. We could not retrieve our tickets through the app. The bus driver was very friendly and helpful to help us get a hard copy of our tickets, however, he messed up our Guinness Storehouse tickets. Luckily, the woman at Guinness gave us a break and fixed the issue. The Tour Busses were fine, but I think you really need to be super prepared before using this Jump ON/OFF Tour.
Great experience.
Sheila_K, Oct 2025
Easy to book tickets. Great experience. Booked the hop on hop off bus tour and Guinness storehouse tour.
Great brewery and great tour but watch your tickets!!!
Linda_B, Oct 2025
If you buy the two day hopper which includes the beer tasting please make sure the driver prints out your Guinness beer pass ON THE DAY YOU WANT TO USE JT! We wanted to use it on the second day of our two day pass but the driver printed it out on our first day. It became invalid when we presented our tickets. After a lot of stress and headaches our group of 5 were allowed in (we did have to pay an extra 5e. Thank goodness for the lovely lady behind the counter who made it happen. Why these drivers don’t know about this is beyond me! We even told the driver we didn’t want to do the beer tour until the next day!
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Hi Linda_B, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear about the incident encountered with your tickets, but we are glad everything got resolved and that you enjoyed the tour so much. Rest assured we'll pass your feedback along for improvement. We hope to see you on another Big Bus Tour again soon! Best, Denisa from Big Bus Tours
A great tour!
Gretchen_B, Oct 2025
Our guide (I wish I had heard his name) was AMAZING - knowledgeable, fun, very helpful and a great singer! The route hits all the highlights. We were a bit confused with ticket times and lost a few hours because of it. Make sure you know what time you can get on the bus at the beginning of the day to make the most of it.
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Hi Gretchen!
We are sorry to hear that there was some confusion regarding the ticket times, but we are glad that you were ultimately able to take the tour and enjoyed it, thanks to our knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. We hope to see you again, and thank you once more for sharing your experience!

Big Bus Hop on Hop Off tour.
Lawrence_L, Sep 2025
Big Bus was unprepared for 2 ships, we waited 70 minutes ( in the rain) for the bus to stop at stop 11. 5 of the green tour buses passed our stop while we waited. It was only 4 stops to get to Brewery. tour and we arrived late due to bus. Driver was apologetic for the delay and stated that Big Bus had added more buses to the routes.
It was not the experience I had expected, kinda ruined our day.
Dublin City & Guinness Storehouse

Convenient bus locations to major attractions in the city area. You get dropped off right in front of the of the Guinness Storehouse. The Guinness tour is great and very worthwhile. A must see in Dublin.

Drink Up
JULIE_A, Sep 2025
Fun place. Seems the entire city is Guinness! Big Bus is a great way to see the city. However, from the ship, we have to tender, get a train into town, find the right stop to start your bus tour. Got to Guinness and found that my QR code from Viator won’t work. By the kindness of the door attendant, we were allowed to enter.
Response from Host, Sep 2025
Hello JULIE! We appreciate your review. It's wonderful to know that you enjoyed your trip to Dublin and that our tours provided a fantastic way to explore the city. Feel free to reach out to us through live chat anytime, and we will gladly help you with your inquiries. Looking forward to seeing you again soon! Best, Ana from Big Bus.
