Ok but it is mostly marketing. Too much about the history of the brewery and little to do with the current brewery. No place to sit with a large crowd

Guinness was great! Not the tour buses. We were kicked off the bus because the driver said there was a protest ahead. There was congestion but the other buses drove through just fine. My husband is handicapped and the driver didn’t care. We ended up walking a very long way to finally hailing a cab. It ended our sightseeing of Ireland because we were on a ship. What a waste of money and I’m glad my husband didn’t get hurt. All the other buses kept driving. Terrible experience!

First time using Big Bus App and really enhanced the experience especially while traveling with an elderly (mid-70s) pasenger.
Bus driver and accompanied storyteller were deeply engaged and enlivened so much history and scenery.

This was a full day and definitely worth the price! The Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off combined with the Guinness Storehouse was a great way to explore Dublin while still having the flexibility to add our own plans.
We caught the 9:00 AM bus to Kilmainham Gaol for a 9:45 tour (tickets are separate and should be booked in advance). We hopped back on around 11:30, headed to O’Connell Street for lunch, then took the bus to the Guinness Storehouse for our 2:30 PM tour. We still had plenty of time to make our 6:00 PM dinner reservation.
The bus stops were easy to find, and the drivers were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There were also some great perks, including free pints and restaurant discounts. Definitely download the Big Bus app! It made finding stops and checking when the next bus would arrive extremely easy. And on a rainy Dublin day, the bus was especially appreciated!
The Guinness Storehouse is a must-do. The self-guided tour covers how Guinness is made, its famous marketing, a tasting, and plenty of fun photo opportunities. You finish with an included pint at the Gravity Bar with amazing 360° views over Dublin. There are alternatives to traditional Guinness too, including a non-alcoholic option.
Personally, I’d skip paying extra for the STOUTie experience unless you really want a pint with your face printed on it. I did it on a previous trip and was underwhelmed, and this time the line was huge.
Overall, five stars! A fun, convenient way to see Dublin and a great value for a full day of sightseeing.

App problems made it impossible to use the tour we paid for. Guinness wouldn't recognize our tickets. U can buy at the door no problem! We ubered there and paid at the door. Still waiting to see if I get a refund for unactivated tickets.

The Guinness Stonehouse Ticket was excellent, a very enjoyable experience, pint of Guinness at the end was fantastic as was the views of Dublin from the bar.
The two day Big bus Dublin hop-on hop-off tour was brilliant and offered excellent value for money. We used the bus both days, on the second day the bus tour was outstanding, Robbie the driver was absolutely brilliant, friendly, very funny and unbelievably knowledgeable. A massive thanks to Robbie, can’t praise this guy enough⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Guinness Storehouse was a great experience. Enjoyed the self guided tour and tastings and final pint of Guinness at the top with a view of Dublin.
The Big Bus experience was not as positive. Could not connect with the activity provider locally. The bus itself had less available hop on hop off buses than the other hop on hop off companies which made for more wait times to travel around the city. Only a few of the buses had live tour operators. It was difficult to plan a hop off when the automated program guides were giving commentary that did not coordinate with the actual stops. The service did provide an app to live track buses on the route which was helpful.

It is very confusing in Dublin because they have two Hop-on Hop-off bus lines and another Hop-on Hop-off service run by Dublin Bus (DB). We thought we had purchased a 24 hour green line Hop-on Hop-off ticket and when we boarded the bus, the Viator tickets did not work and we were told by the bus driver we had tickets for the Red DB bus. DB had sent us tickets but they were 48 hour tickets. By the time we got to Guinness for our included tour, they did not wok and showed they had already been used. After a little discussion with the Guinness agents, they found our tickets and we were let in. This led to a few very frustrating, time consuming, and embarrassing moments in a strange city with new tour friends started doing things together with.

The bus drivers and the street ticket sellers were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jordan, (who worked on the street by St. Patrick’s Cathedral) was particularly helpful. Buses were super easy to use and the Guinness tour was very very interesting! Highly recommend this tour.

A must-do experience in Dublin! The Guinness Storehouse is beautifully presented, with interactive exhibits that take you through the history and brewing process of Ireland’s most famous stout. The highlights were the panoramic views from the Gravity Bar and enjoying a perfectly poured Guinness while overlooking the city. I always love a hop on hop off bus and have had great experiences with Big Bus tours in other cities. Robbie was our driver and he was the best! He even sang a song g to us on the first part of our bus trip. He did live commentary which other drivers did not. The Guiness tour was also a fun experience. You didn’t really skip the line though. You just scanned in and were herded with the rest of the crowd.

Had a wonderful time and learning so much about Guinness. It’s something that I didn’t drink. But learned to take a sip and let it sit on my pallet for 3-4 secs and swallow and breathe through your nose. And the beer was not bad. Was not a strong bitter test at all
