Met us immediately we landed. Gave us tickets for train & map of Dublin. Directed us to train, we were met other end and green Hop On Hop Off bus came within 5 minutes…we saw Dublin with excellent commentary & did our own Guinness experience too.

Don’t not book this with Viator if you are arriving on a cruise ship. If your ship doesn’t arrive or if it is behind schedule, you will not get a refund. The tour operator sells the same experience for the same price at the cruise ship dock.

They were very helpful and gave us the information we needed to get around Dublin. Our bus driver was witty, funny and made the tour a fun one. Even when there was traffic caused by road construction.

We were met by the dock and given all the information we needed to take the Dart train to Dublin and back to the dock.

Rough seas, couldn't board tender. So disappointed, wanted to visit Dublin. Is it possible to get a refund

We are disappointed you didnt get to do our tour. Dont understand the 1 star review when you couldnt take the tour. The way it works if the ship docks and the tenders operate then Viator wont refund you as you could have boarded a tender to do the tour. If the tenders are not running and you cant make it to the tour then Viator will give you a refund. They are a 3rd party seller and would have sold that tour to you so please contact them via your booking details. It would be great if you could remove this review as you didnt do our tour so it is not reflective of what we offer.

The tour provider was great, they had a rep at the port that you got your train ticket from and they gave you information about the route and the train/stopped that you needed.
The drivers were fun and informative, and the route took you to many great sights in the city. Our driver on the return trip from Guinness was super helpful and actually took a group of us from the cruise ship to stop 8 , which was the stop for the train, even though he was off duty because THE LAST BUS LEAVES STOP #1 AT 6PM, at least it was the last bus on the day we were there, SO CHECK THE SCHEDULE WHEN BOOKING to make sure it works with your plans.

Our cruise ship was unable to dock and a request for a refund was made. It did not fall under the conditions for cancelation but the vendor honored our request. Very pleased with Viator and DoDublin.

This is a great option for travelers that are on a cruise ship that ports at Dun Laoghaire. This tour included the train transfer and there were Do Dublin staff readily available when we got off of the ship to give us instructions on which train to get on to get to the City Center and which train to come back on. The hop on hop off bus is a great way to see the city and all of the sights, so just hop off where you want to and hop back on when you want to. We still did quite a bit of walking and some of the stops you can sight see and get on at a different hop on hop off stop. You will be provided with a well organized and great map. Great way to see Dublin in a short amount of time.

Great experience. The guide was waiting for us as soon as we got off of the shuttle that brought us to the dock.
Once out, you walk to the DoDublin sign where the rep is greeting you and brings you to the train station that is right across the street. Super easy process. Once on board on the up on up off, the driver/guide provides very detailed information during the tour. A must

We had a great experience on HOHO bus. Clear guidance to train which was easy. Guide was funny and informative. Very helpful at stops. Wish we would have had more time however we were delayed on ship due to tender issues.

Sound system varies depending on where one is seated. Visibility and ability to take photos is also significantly varand for the most part fair at best. Drivers were friendly and helpful.

Everything was easy to figure out. We didn’t have much time due to the water shuttle from the ship. So we literally just took the train to Dublin and took the Bus once thru town. About 2 hours. And back to the ship.

Dart train was easy to get to and found HOHO bus was right across the street. Only issue was with the buses, which is true of all so no knock on the tour company, was as the day wore on the seating became harder to find, especially the upper deck as many never got off. Otherwise, a great way to see the overview of the city.

Hey don’t spend twice as much buying through Princess. Half their price. Easy to locate do Dublin reps and get tix to dart. Quick 15 min ride to town right at hop on off stop #8. Waited one time for bus about 15 mins but other than that great

It was a good experience but the first couple of hours we were afraid to ge off because our tour purchase was not confirmed. The guy in charge at the dock took or
Ownership of our paperwork problem and signed off on us having purchased the tour. He made phone calls and got us on our way to ride the train to the bus. The bus Driver saw what was going on and said he would fix it. It took awhile because he was driving but when we returned he had time to talk Wed it people and our receipt was issued and we were able to continue the tour.
The driver giving the tour was also great. I believe the snafu was a rare problem and all involved handled it well. We haves used Viator and would recommend to friends.

Horrible . Given bad directs by ture guide. Never found a bus stop. They are not marked. After walking looking for a bus stop we went back to the train and back for the ship. Never found the tour.

The Bus stop is literally outside the train station once you exit and we have team members in Pearse station and across the road at the bus stop. The bus driver, Mary, was amazing! She was the redeeming factor of this tour. when we got off the ship the people were there to meet us as promised. However, they gave us the wrong train tickets. The tickets would not let us out at Pearse Station where the paper stated to meet the bus. The bus stop had a sign on it that said the bus didn't stop there, then we spent a half hour looking for the next closest bus stop and ended up returning to the originally stated stop to find the bus there. It was quite frustrating. But then Mary was our bus driver and she made everything better. Overall signage could be better and it would be helpful if the train tickets purchased and provided worked.

Despite being assured there would be a Dart representative at the station wearing appropriate uniform, there was not. We went from one queue to another seeking advice. Finally a supervisor gave in and just let us through the gate to the platform. The hop on hop off part was ok but I continually worried the same thing would happen on the return train journey…..and it did As a result we missed one train and had to was 20 minutes for the next one.
