Very educational and enlightening experience. A must visit when in Dublin. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to sit and reflect and mediate within the cathedral. Loved hearing the choir singing live while visiting.
Very beautiful church and had a nice free 40-minute tour that gave us a lot of information on the church.

Beautiful architecture. Glass windows have Ben cleaned and are beautiful. !
Nice older church. A lot of Irish history. Not use to seeing a large gift shop in a church, but it is a revenue stream as is the price to enter the church.
Must see. Leave enough time as there are always lots of people and there is much to see. Also, there are places for quiet meditation but they fill up. So plan accordingly.
Beautiful Cathedral. Right in the middle of the city. Everything you would want to see and learn about in an historic church.

The cathedral is absolutely beautiful! I would recommend at least 2 hours to see everything and be able to light a candle and pray.
You can get an audio self-guided tour or you can go with a guide. Our guide was brilliant. She was knowledgeable and amusing. I would not skip a tour with her as we learned so much. more than l expected and enjoyed the visit.

Go early, it gets crowded. You can get a self guided audio tour to tell you about the church. The church is beautiful, lots of great pictures. This doesn’t take a long time so nice to go when you don’t have tons of plans. We were able to attend a Eucharist as well which I found very special.

First thing you see when entering the cathedral is "money changers," a gift shop, right inside the front doors. Detracted from the whole experience. Too crowded, with several large tour groups inside the cathedral all at once, made maneuvering inside very difficult.
Great experience. Easy booking with no issues. The tour itself was a self guided tour and it was very well narrated.
Audio guide is included. It was fairly crowded when we visited, but it was mildly interesting. The Boyle family memorial was a surprising delight.

Very disappointed in this church. It was not kept up and it seemed like they had a bunch of junk in there but they were storing that people donated just to have their name on it. It just wasn't as grand as I was hoping for. Did not spend a lot of time walking through.
I purchased a family ticket for Good Friday. I asked twice prior to arrival whether the cathedral was open for tours. No one ever answered me. I later received a cancellation notice but have not received a refund well over a week later. Buyers beware. Book this tour elsewhere.
The stained glass windows are magnificent. The history and ambience is magical. A must see when visiting Dublin.
Excellent tour with explanations via the audio guide. There are several languages available. We walked around the cathedral at our own pace learning about the history and many events which have taken place here. Well worth the visit!
