Great self-guided tour with audio device. Beautiful area. Definitely check out the large garden area.

Go early, it gets crowded. You can get a self guided audio tour to tell you about the church. The church is beautiful, lots of great pictures. This doesn’t take a long time so nice to go when you don’t have tons of plans. We were able to attend a Eucharist as well which I found very special.

First thing you see when entering the cathedral is "money changers," a gift shop, right inside the front doors. Detracted from the whole experience. Too crowded, with several large tour groups inside the cathedral all at once, made maneuvering inside very difficult.

Audio guide is included. It was fairly crowded when we visited, but it was mildly interesting. The Boyle family memorial was a surprising delight.

Very disappointed in this church. It was not kept up and it seemed like they had a bunch of junk in there but they were storing that people donated just to have their name on it. It just wasn't as grand as I was hoping for. Did not spend a lot of time walking through.

I purchased a family ticket for Good Friday. I asked twice prior to arrival whether the cathedral was open for tours. No one ever answered me. I later received a cancellation notice but have not received a refund well over a week later. Buyers beware. Book this tour elsewhere.

The stained glass windows are magnificent. The history and ambience is magical. A must see when visiting Dublin.

Excellent tour with explanations via the audio guide. There are several languages available. We walked around the cathedral at our own pace learning about the history and many events which have taken place here. Well worth the visit!

Self guided tour was thorough and allowed touring the cathedral at one's own pace. Recommend going first thing when it opens before the tour busses arrive to allow for less crowded experience.

Great tour. I would recommend doing the audio guided tour. Beautiful cathedral. A lot of rich history. I had always thought St. Patrick’s was a catholic cathedral, it’s not but was at one point and is now a Protestant cathedral.

This cathedral was absolutely stunning! We did a self-guided tour and it was fine. I think that a guided tour would've been better just to learn even more. We really enjoyed our time visiting.
