What are people saying about Dublin

Private tours are a great...
Private tours are a great experience and Leo did a fantastic job showing us areas outside of Dublin that we would not experienced without a tour like this. He was so knowledgeable and had interesting historical information as well as current perspectives on Irish history. We had a really good time on this tour. We highly recommend the tour as well as Leo if you are lucky enough to get him. Private tours give you much more insight into what you are seeing with a more personal experience.

We had a great day, not...
We had a great day, not tiring at all. Peter was a great guide, saying only interesting things and putting the appropriate music to highlight our trip. I would like for the trip to have an hour or so more in Belfast so that you can have enough time there without any pressure. We could also get oof the bus and visit the Dunluce castle for like 15 min. I think these two things would make a difference.

Excellent tour with Kevin...
Excellent tour with Kevin and Billy. We enjoyed our free time in Kilkenny to walk around. We skipped the castle and the museums but did go to a couple of the Cathedrals. The Glendalough Monastic site had some nice ruins to explore as well as nature walking trails. With all that said the highlight of the trip was the visit to the sheep farm where we got to see a sheep dog herd a few sheep and then hold a lamb and see a 2 day old lamb. All in all it was a lot of fun and I would recommend this trip if you're in Dublin.

I'll start by saying this...
I'll start by saying this is a very long tour for 1 day, but also very much worth it. Michael and Eoin were a fantastic team, making the the time in the bus very entertaining. We really enjoyed the stops as well. Belfast has some sad history but it was good to get a better understanding of what life has been like there over the past century. The castle stop on the north shore was amazing and the walk at giants causeway was one of the best nature hikes we've ever taken. If you're in Dublin definitely try and make this tour. Hopefully you're fortunate enough to end up with the same guide and driver as we did!

Wonderful Dublin Tour!
Jose was thoughtful, knowledgeable and gave us a great overview and history of Dublin. He was accommodating with our food allergies and researched places to eat for lunch. It was such an enjoyable day spent with him. I would recommend Jose to take a tour any day! Thank you so much!

Great way to see Dublin! ☘️
I traveled to Dublin alone and decided to do the Big Bus Tour, and I’m so glad I did! It was a great way to get a quick overview of the city and see so many of the sights without having to walk everywhere. As a solo traveler with limited time, it made it easy to get a feel for Dublin and decide which places I wanted to explore more.
And honestly, the buses were an added bonus when the Irish rain decided to show up! It was a warm, comfortable refuge while still allowing me to see the city.
I would definitely recommend Big Bus Tours, especially if you’re traveling solo, short on time, or simply want an easy and convenient way to see Dublin. Great experience! 🇮🇪💚

Three great castles in just one day!
This tour is great if you want to see Blarney Castle and other important cites that aren’t too far from it. The tour guide, Bobo, was great with keeping things moving and interesting! We made every castle in good time and I felt satisfied that I saw everything I wanted.

Lovely scenic hike along the coast
Dwayne Roche rocks! He took us on a lovely trip to Howth and gave us a lot of information on the way. We learned so much from him! Also loved that he dropped us off so we could walk to the lighthouse then walk along the cliffs along the water to the pick up spot in Howth. The views are spectacular and we took many beautiful scenic photos along the way. We enjoyed eating the oysters and had sandwiches in the market before heading back. Definitely recommend this private tour!

Private tour the best
This was a private tour and we went to many spots. The cliffs were amazing. We did the boat for the cliffs also - this was an add on. We also stopped at Ireland's oldest working perfumery. Bellharbour, Doolin, Hazel Mountain Chocolate (Burren Chocolatier), and Sean's Bar - these were some of the other stops along the way. Our tour guy was fantastic, funny, knowledgeable.

Everything you could ask for...literally.
The best things about this tour were:
1) we were allowed to adjust our tour, in advance, to experience exactly what we wanted and eliminate the few things we didn't, and
2) our guide D. O'Sullivan was OUTSTANDING...friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, genuine, honest, insightful, and very, very kind.
Treat yourself to this tour.

Stunning views
Another excellent tour with a friendly and informative driver. Alan made it very interesting in the way he delivered the information even with his Dad jokes which made me laugh. Stunning views across Dublin bay and loved that the seals popped up to play in Howth harbour too. Would highly recommend this tour 🙂

Linda was a fantastic guide! Lots of interesting anecdotes and history, and was very open to modifying the your however we wanted to. We had lots of laughs and enjoyed the tour very much! Glendalough was gorgeous, lunch was very good, and the gardens at Powerscourt are a must-see. Highly recommend!
