What are people saying about Dublin

Wonderful Dublin cultural Tour!
We had such a blast seeing all of Dublin and hearing all the history of Dublin and Ireland from Eamonn. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone on the tour has a great time. One of the highlights was visiting a real pub that Dubliners go to, not a touristy one, and having a most delicious bowl of Irish Stew and a pint of Guinness. Ireland was a bucket list stop for my 80 year old father in law and Eamonn delivered on showing him all of the city and giving him a feel of the culture and tailored the tours to match his abilities. His knowledge of history is unmatched as we learned so much about Dublin and Irish history. Do not hesitate to do this tour if you want an authentic experience.

Dublin To Belfast and Giant Causeway
The Black Cab tour was the most educational tour I had, to learn about the “Troubles” in Northern Ireland between 1969 and 1998 at a personal level. I am glad that peace eventually prevailed and in two years a referendum will decide the future political affiliation of Northern Ireland. After the visit to Belfast, we were treated to the spectacular landscape of the northern coast and the Giant Causeway. Our guide Maurice is very knowledgeable and helped tourists connect their own countries’ past history with Ireland. He was unusually well researched. Donna, the lady driver, was very careful and delivered us safely from a very long journey.

A Lovely and Memorable Day Trip
This was such a lovely trip. It was a large bus tour, which might normally seem as though it would take away from the experience, but it absolutely did not. We loved every minute and had plenty of time at each location.
Kilkenny and Glendalough were both wonderful, but the highlight was the sheepdog demonstration and getting to hold the little lambs. Although this is not a wool farm and the lambs are raised for meat, the animals appeared to be treated very humanely. Bob was also an incredibly hardworking sheepdog.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and made the journey enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful countryside!
Beautiful countryside but Cliffs of Moher were surrounded by fog so we couldn't see them very well. But Vincent was a wonderful tour guide and told some stories along the way to keep us entertained. And we saw a sheepdog demonstration that was unique as to their training techniques. It is a long drive from Waterford to the Cliffs but with 4 adults we were very comfortable in a larger vehicle.

Recommend!
The half-day tour to the Wicklow Mountains and Glendalough was beautiful and well worth it. The scenery was stunning. You have two hours to explore on your own. While there's much more to see than you can fit into two hours, it's enough to enjoy the main highlights and get a great impression of this beautiful place. Paddywagon was very well organized, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend this tour.

This walking tour was the...
This walking tour was the perfect way to explore the city with limited time while in port with a cruise ship! Pasquale was an amazing guide- we had the best time exploring the highlights of the city with him. From learning about the Temple Bar area to Trinity College, the Famine and Oscar Wilde - 10/10 experience. Highly recommend! Thank you Pasquale for a great afternoon!

What’s up with unprofessional drivers?
The sights were excellent.
The driver, however, in a misguided attempt to entertain the passengers, made increasingly inappropriate comments about his past pursuit of women, used foul language, didn’t offer a comfort break on the return trip, pushed his luck by running a light just turning red, played his music very loudly, and in general behaved in a shockingly unprofessional manner. I believe he was eager to get his shift done and wanted to be done with work, treating the drive as he would a drive home in his personal vehicle.
For me, the worst part of all this was the foul language used loudly and repeatedly with several young children on board. Why would anyone believe that’s appropriate behavior?

Short tour of Ireland
Really enjoyed the tour. Beautiful scenery. We stopped our tour at Belfast and then spent a few days there. Not a problem with all of our luggage. Our tour guide kept everyone on time. A bit disappointed with Dun Luce Castle. My understanding is that we didn’t have permission to stop on the property.

Great private walking tour in Dublin
Cillian picked us up at our hotel and took us on a lovely 2 hour walking tour to see the highlights in Dublin. He was a treasure trove of information about Ireland, Dublin and its history, culture, music, food and people. He even serenaded us with some Irish tunes. He catered the tour to our needs, as we are senior citizens, and walked at a slower pace for us and let us sit down on a park bench in a beautiful park for a bit. I highly recommend Cillian as a tour guide.

Great Overview of Dublin
We booked this very last minute but was it was still easy to access. This is a great way to tour parts of Dublin so you can figure out where you want to spend more time. The drivers are also helpful in pointing out destinations upon departure. They had a tour of Howthe that we ended up buying as well. All very convenient and friendly drivers.

Fascinating Dublin History
Our private travel experience to Dublin was beyond our expectations. Fiona was an excellent guide. Very knowledgable and was very dedicated to making this a personal experience. When we return to Dublin we will definately have Fiona walk us through the incredibly history and I know we will enjoy our time together. It was like meeting up with an welcoming friend.

Come hungry and curious!
Ruairi made sure we had the best possible introduction to the local food scene! Come hungry, and curious and you’re in for a real treat. Ruairi walked us around the main downtown area of Dublin, stopping at a wide range of restaurants, shops and pubs to ensure we got the most authentic experience. We enjoyed tasting Irish chocolate, fish and chips, stews, and more (and of course a Guinness) all while being entertained by the stories of the cities history. Our favorite part was getting to know Ruairi, he is a great ambassador to the city, and all around a really fun person with a big heart. Hands down one of our favorite tours of our holiday!
