Very interactive and interesting tour. There is more things to see at the Guinness Storehouse than there is time to see. Roe and Co. Distillery was also a hit. Making our own cocktails was excellent. Ive been on many tours and I have to say that Dermot was exceptional. He shared great history and insured everyone was taken care of. I'd do the entire tour with him again.

Our guide was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Guinness on the other hand was organized chaos. Soooo many people. It was difficult to take it all in, but a great fan experience if you can slow down and enjoy the rooms.

Great activity! Our guide, Dermot was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and also made the tour fun! Our favorite part was making cocktails at Roe & Co! A definite must do!!

Dermot was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable on Irish History. Really enjoyed the afternoon, Guinness Storehouse is amazing and Roe & Co Whiskey is a must see.

Maura was our wonderful tour guide from Letz Go City Tour. She was so friendly, so enthusiastic and really knowledgeable.
There’s so much to see in the Guinness Store House. It’s got everything, heritage, culture and lots of Guinness. Give yourself the time to enjoy. Worth waiting for.

Directions were confusing
The staff at the storehouse told us to go to Jamesons, they told us to go the Arthur’s pub . Arthur’s pub didn’t know what we were asking so we ended up walking to Brazen head bar , had a beer then walked to the storehouse and was able to join the tour there.

Way over priced. Would have been almost the same experience showing up and paying at the gates. While our guide Emmett was great, you get a guide to walk you through the Irish Whiskey tour and don't really need a guide at Guinness.

Our tour guide Mora, was fantastic! She rushed us through the boring parts and cut the lines for us so that we were able to stratify the experience! Definitely choose a personalized tour, as it will save you time and skip the boring areas. Get certified to pour Guinness and make sure to spend some quality time at the 360° rooftop bar. The crowds are definitely intense, but with five stories, it doesn’t feel as bad as it could.

We were robbed by viator. We went to the pickup spot a half hour early and no one showed. We them went to Guiness and they told us we had been ripped off by a fake website, that this had happened before. Avoid this site.

Unfortunately, we were at the wrong meeting place because they changed it last minute and I am disabled so by the time we could have met the group, they didn't even give me that option, we would have missed half the tour. According to my voicemail messages they tried to call me about the change at 1:45 and 1:52 and the tour started at 1:45. We were so disappointed, and they handled it poorly.

You have said that you contacted our office however we have double-checked our phone records and there is no trace of a call to you. However, we rang you several times as you were reported as a no-show for the tour.
You never picked up the call and as such we had no knowledge of your whereabouts despite reaching out to locate you. The meeting place was never changed for this tour. You were to meet at the Jamesons Distillery as outlined in your VIATOR Voucher.
