Inconvenient to have to go to one of their locations to redeem the voucher for the entry ticket. It should be usable immediately as a scannable ticket when purchased and activated upon first ride. We already had tours scheduled and couldn’t get to these locations. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this when I purchased.

I have had nothing but problems with this bus, the app is as useful as a waterproof teabag! I tried to chat and email someone to help but to no avail! We managed to get on to 1 bud, it has been a complete waste of time and money!!!

What a great way to see Dublin on cold rainy yucky weather days. The ease of this system was fantastic. All of the employees were very helpful and the comedic chaos of bus driver Kevin really made the trip memorable. Totally loved this guy!! Highly recommend this trip.

didn't expect an included 'free' trip from airport into the centre - great. easy pick ups and info about the upcoming stop in good time. mostly used on a monsoon monday (so wet all day) but cheered up by a hilarious driver, brilliant. used on day 3 to return to airport for car hire.
NB beware theives at bus stand as my purse was stolen at the airport (or on the bus) giving a bad start.

Found the first driver pleasant but the next driver gave me a dirty looked when I asked him a simple question. He didn’t do the commentary just drove. So I got off and walked to my next attraction using the map. Then Ken came along. He was extremely engaging and funny! The 20 stops I had to go went so quickly. I actually wished I didn’t have to get off! Keep your eye out for Ken.

The Freedom Pass was excellent! We went straight from the plane to the bus right across the street from where we were staying. Stopped at all the places we wanted to visit. Drivers were very friendly and helpful. They added fun antidotes that made us laugh - or at least smile. :)

We purchased the 3 day's freedom pass for hop-on hop-off plus unlimited transport from and to Dublin airport which we used without hesitations. Recommend to make the whole circle of stops once and than visit the points of your interest according preference.

An easy way to see many of the important sites in Dublin while being entertained and educated by great driver/guides. We hopped off at those sites we wanted to visit in depth or those to which we'd already set up timed visits. Worked like a charm.

We rode this bus often during our 3 days. Each driver gave a different spin to the tour. Some sang and told stories of the past. A few drivers though were not very friendly and only played the recorded info. But overall it was a fun experience.

We found DoDublin to be very convenient for getting around to sites we wanted to see in Dublin. Joe (I believe that was his name) was our first driver and the best. He did his own narrating, throwing in humorous comments as he went. Other drivers occasionally spoke but most times let a recording narrate information about sites along the way. All in all, a good way to hop on and off to see what you're interested in.

We bought the 3 day pass and it was totally worth what we paid. We did the DoDublin hop on/off tour bus which was fun and then we used the pass for getting in and out of Dublin. Where we were it was about €17 to get into city center by cab so the pass quickly paid for itself.

Purchased a 3 day pass used the airlink bus from airport to Temple Bar, the bus driver was very helpful
Did the full tour of Dublin the second day ,plenty of room and the driver was knowledgeable and funny .
would purchase the freedom pass again Think the drivers name was (Tyrone) nice guy.

We arrived at Dublin Ireland airport around 5:30 AM only to find that there was no Airlink kiosk that was manned that early in the morning. We walked up and down the terminal and then outside to find that NOBODY was available to deal with the printed passes we were told to bring with us via the email following our payment for the Airlink / freedom pass.

This is a great way to see the city of Dublin and get some of its history. The drivers were so helpful with other types of questions not involving the route. We used this hop on hop off quite frequently for the three days it was valid, even a trip back to the airport to pick up a rental car. Would highly recommend this company.
