Hotel Pickup Information To arrange your pickup, please send us the name of your hotel or accommodation after completing your booking. Once we receive your hotel information, we will confirm your exact pickup location and time. For most hotels, pickup is provided either: At the hotel lobby, or At the hotel’s designated Excursion/Tour Meeting Point located within the hotel property. In a small number of cases (only a few specific hotels), hotel access restrictions require guests to walk a short distance to a nearby meeting point just outside the hotel entrance. If this applies to your hotel, we will provide clear directions in advance. Please do not go to a pickup location until you have received your confirmation from our team.
