Bad Tour Guide

The tour guide refused to do the entire tour of what I paid for. We went to the WorldMart and then had me only to get back on the tour Van and next thing I know I'm back at my hotel. I said to him but we are not done with the tour and he stated he "wasn't doing it and for me to get out of the Van", without any explanation.. I sent a text to the guide operator and they confirmed that the driver should have completed the tour. No refund or nothing. I could not repeat because I was booked for the week.. im on vacation and for this unprofessional behavior to happen was not cool. Never again will I book a tour with them.

We were picked up by one Driver dropped off. We had no coffee or chocolate tasting, then picked up by another driver and dropped off, but we did get to shop.

No one showed up and no one bothered to contact me. Called the number, sent a chat message with no response until 2 hours after the scheduled tour. They apologized and offered a refund and to still take us whenever we wanted. I paid again for the next day anyway and did not show up or contact us AGAIN.

One Store- Touristy

The trip was fine. Driver was prompt. However, it is to one single store that takes about 20 mins of shopping. Other reviews might be fake. I wanted to visit an authentic mom and pop shop but this was an average store for tourists. If you want to explore the city shops, save your money. AC vehicle and driver were excellent!

We were taking to the souvenir shop and that was it. After paying for our things, our driver was gone and the gentleman that said he would be at the front door was gone. Another driver asked if we were from Vista Sol, said he was the new driver...that ours had to go. He took us back to our resort with no tasting. Our whole time was about an hour. I wasted my points on this.
