Driver never arrived at scheduled time or location. Office closed unable to contact local Viator. Home office also tried….no luck.

Juan was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of history on this tour. He was happy to be our camera man at points of interest. We did have an issue where I booked the wrong meet up location. Even though it was my fault, he still got us. He did not rush the tour which I felt was very thoughtful on his behalf.
