Blue Marina never contacted me about a time for our excursion, never responded to 3 chats regarding it and never showed up at the hotel. The phone # would not go thru while we were in DR, it was always busy - we tried to call 3 times the day before to get details!! Our excursion never happened and now I am having to spend a ton of time disputing the charge because they still billed me!!!
