Our arranged trip through Viator went flawlessly with Palomina Taxi. The owner Alex helped us add an additional stop for our trip and was extremely responsive via WhatsApp to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Our driver Yoban was on time, meeting us at the airport with my name on a sign. He was very friendly and courteous and helped us with our luggage. We had to make a short stop in Cusco, where he parked the car and walked me to my destination. I highly recommend Palomina Taxi and they went out of their way to take care of us after a full day of air travel.

Our driver was excellent. Our flight was delayed but our driver waited for us, had a placard with our name, and took us to our hotel in Urubamba. He showed us points of interest along the way as well.

Excellent and reliable transportation. The operator was responsive throughout the process. Our driver was earlier and had a sign with our name and waited almost an hour bc they lost our luggage. Highly recommend!!
