Great transport from airport to Ollantaytambo

Driver was friendly and did his best to get around all of the traffic. Ride is scenic but dusty. Expect it to take between an hour and a half to two hours.

Not great. No AC. Windows down. Dusty. Played kid music entire ride. Not friendly. Didn’t help get luggage to hotel door.

Good morning, I understand, but the road to Ollantaytambo is under construction and for that reason there is dust during the trip. The driver dropped him off on the main avenue of his hotel; since it is a one-way street (And their hotel is located on a street with no access and only stairs), parking is not allowed. And I appreciate your comment; we will definitely take it into account. Thank you!

Other travellers should know that you will receive excellent, efficient service with a polite and friendly guide. Viator and its partner organizations should work to make the reservation process as efficient as possible with as few back and forth communications as necessary. An obvious omission by Viator is that you should automatically provide the option to book your return transfer when booking the outbound transfer. I believe 99% of your customers will return from Ollantaytambo to Cusco. Why make them place a separate order for the return trip?

Our flight was delayed causing us to miss the bus scheduled with Inca rail to ollantaytambo. Booked this last second only two hours prior to needing the service. Our driver was waiting for us and wasted no time getting us to the train station in ollantaytambo just in time.

Our private car met us at the airport and we're waiting out front for us with our name on a sign so there was no confusion. The transfer went smoothly and we arrived in Ollantaytambo without any hiccups. Only thing worth noting is that the advertisement for this trip leads you to believe you'll be riding in a nice transport van but that isn't the case. We we're picked up in a car similar to a Toyota Corolla. The car was clean and the driver was pleasant.

Dear Michael, we generally send different types of mobility depending on the number of passengers. For 1 to 2 passengers we send a car, 3 to 4 Camioneta and so on. If you had wanted a larger mobility, you would have indicated it to me in your reservation. In any case, thank you for your comments, and continue enjoying this beautiful city.

We were informed late at night that because of the general strike, the inkaRail bus would not be running to get us to Ollantaytambo to catch the train. We found this service LATE at night, the owner contacted me right away to say he did have a driver for us but to avoid road closures we would be leaving at 4am. We walked out of our hotel at 3:55 and he was waiting there, like an angel. This company saved our whole Machu Picchu trip! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
