    Our team will arrive at the airport half hour before your scheduled arrival time. When you land, they will welcome you. They will be holding a sign on which your name is written. Our uniformed driver will present his or her official photo ID. Our driver will also be able to locate you by your first and last name on the flight log. He will be waiting for you just outside the door of the passenger arrival hall.

      We drop off our travellers when they arrived at their respective hotel or at the agreed upon destination in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. If the travelers have the Ollantaytambo train station as their final destination, they should remember that it is important to arrive at the station half an hour before their train’s departure time which is indicated on their train ticket.
