I would not recommend this company!! They told me meeting time was between 8:30 to 8:45 at one pickup point. I ordered an uber then another person called me to change the location for pickup while I’m already on my way to the original pick up location. The uber driver was about to reach the new pickup spot then another person calls me & says they have left the spot & I need to meet them at another location which added on more distance. This was very inconvenient because charged more money from the uber for the additional location changes. I was contacted from 3 different numbers. The guide, JZ, was ok, he rushed the tour so he can be finished earlier. Don’t waste your money booking with this company.

Our team, along with the rest of the group, waited for you at the meeting point until 8:45 a.m., which was the agreed latest pickup time. Unfortunately, you did not appear at the location by that time. As we are committed to respecting all our guests' time, and to avoid delaying the rest of the group, we had to proceed with the tour as scheduled. When a passenger does not arrive at the designated place and time, it becomes outside of our responsibility. We understand your frustration, but we kindly remind you that timely arrival is essential for shared tours.
