So unprofessional! DIDNT EVEN GET TO GO ON THE TOUR...We were cancelled 3MINS PRIOR TO PICKUP WITH NO REASON WHY. The booking was confirmed 3hrs prior to the tour.

OK tour but the logistics need work

I am torn about the review because it ended up being nice but the planning at the beginning was tough. We were picked up on time but our tour guide ended up not speaking enough English to lead us so we were transferred to another group. Also, the description of the tour does not give enough information about exclusions and cash (in soles only) that was needed. We had a Boleto Touristico but this did not include admission to the initial attraction and 20 soles per person cash was needed which we did not have since we were not aware it was needed. Our initial guide could not explain this in English. When we finally sorted everything out and had an English speaking guide, who was quite good, the rest of the tour was fine. We saw all of the ruins outside the city. It was a little underwhelming after the rest of our time in the Sacred Valley but that is fine. I did not appreciate the last stop at the alpaca wool store as it was already 6:30 and everyone was hungry and tired. We had to wait nearly an hour for one couple to finish shopping.
