This tour is run by a bunch of scam artists. My hotel pickup was scheduled for 6:00 AM, but no one ever showed up. I was left waiting outside in 35°F (2°C) weather for two hours with absolutely no communication from the company. I repeatedly called the phone number listed on my booking and sent messages, only to receive a call back telling me I had reached the wrong company. To make matters worse, their website states that their office doesn’t even open until 8:00 AM, making it impossible to get help when customers are supposed to be picked up at 6:00 AM. The tour also has a no-refund cancellation policy, which, given this experience, is extremely concerning. Based on what happened, I can only conclude that this operation is not trustworthy. I will be petitioning Viator to remove this company from its platform so other travelers don’t have to go through the same experience.

We booked this tour expecting to spend the day visiting the ruins. Got up at 5:00 am for a 6:00 am hotel pick-up. Operator never showed up, never contacted us. Called the tour company, they don’t open till 8:00 am. Sent a chat, no response. Got a hold of Viator, they had no update from operator.
