Worst travel agency, poor coordination

I and my partner only stayed in Peru for a few days and this tour was the main part of our Peru visit. The poor arrangements of the agency completely ruined it. Though it’s only a 2-day tour, we were handled by multiple “staffs” who didn’t know the plan for us. 1. we were put in a Spanish speaking tour with people who were only doing the day trip to Sacred Valley. The guide spoke Spanish the whole time. At every stop, we had to stand there for 10mins listening to the guide talking in Spanish and were totally lost. He would then let the others start wandering around while he used 2-3 mins to briefly explain to us in English. Sometimes he didn’t even bother to translate until I asked and we were staying in the group like idiots. As we had to take the train to Machu Picchu while the rest of the group went back on the bus to Cusco, we were left on our own to find the train station. 2. The organizer kept telling us that there would be our tour guide holding a sign with our names on it waiting for us at the station when we arrived. But THERE WAS NONE! We had to stand in the station messaging the agency as we didn’t even know which hotel we would stay. We were abandoned there while EVERY SINGLE PERSON-tourists or guides, was gone during the wait. 3. They finally sent hotel staff to come get us but they knew nothing about our tour the following day and we didn’t have the bus tickets to get to Machu Picchu. We had to go through AGAIN lots of communication with the agency at night to make sure that we could visit Machu Picchu the next day. That was stressful. 4. On the second day, the tour guide was late and only turned up on the very last min before the bus ride-luckily we already tried to find our own way to line up for the bus. But the tour guide to Machu Picchu turned out to be the only positive in this tour. He was quite patient and did a good job on the tour. He was the only one that deserved the star in the review. 5. Even though we booked this tour 7 months before our trip, the agency booked us a very late train back to Ollantaytambo. We had to spend like 6-7 hours in the town before we could board the train. Again there was no one to guide us to where to take the train. We were left on our own AGAIN. 6. Someone was supposed to be there picking us up and dropping us off at OUR HOTEL when we arrived. Someone was there but we were put in a public bus/van with 10+ locals there on the bus. The ride was very uncomfortable. He dropped the locals off at the main square, asked for the name and address of the hotel, seemingly lost to where he had to drop us off. (Again, a proof of poor coordination) he drove us around and then forced us to get off at the very same main square and said his job was done. He wanted us to pay him more to get us to the hotel. At the end we were dropped off at the main square at 11:35pm!!!!! And had to walk 15 minutes to our hotel. The agency basically put us on a scammer bus. My partner was so upset and our Peru experience was totally ruined by this agency! They don’t deserve any stars in this review.
