Fun adventure with lack of translation

Overall the experience seeing rainbow mountain was great. We had bad communication with happy gingo. Originally was to leave at 430am was pushed back 0600. After picking up several more groups. Was suppose to have English speaking guide. He translated to the 6 English speaking after spending more time talking to the rest of the Spanish speaking group. We felt like we were not told anything. The quad bikes were fun. We stopped for breakfast and lunch at the same restaurant. The breakfast was good but the lunch was cold. At the end of the trip we were dropped off at some square we had no idea where we were at. We booked as an English speaking group.

Hi, dear client, Thank you for your opinion! For us, our clients are very, very important. On the day of your trip to Machu Picchu, a train derailment blocked the entire railroad. That was the reason there were delays in all train schedules. Accidents often happen, and unfortunately, the trains are out of our reach. The agency did everything possible to ensure clients could return to their hotels. Other clients have stayed in Aguas Calientes, but we have accommodated all our clients. As you say, we started our tour at the indicated time. We visited Machu Picchu in the morning, but in the afternoon, the train derailed. We appreciate your comment, but please be genuine. The Tripadvisor company was not to blame nor did the tour guide cause the accident, rather the guide feels upset because he accompanied you until you got on the train to return to the city of Cusco, it doesn't matter midnight but we returned safe and sound. Probably an honest mistake

I feel that I am too a partial refund I paid a lot of money to go on a ATV tour and the guy made me walk and I kept asking him when do I get to ride the ATV I walked all the way up this mountain and when we got to the top I asked him again what do I get to ride the ATV and then he said something about you have to pay extra for that and I told him I paid $150 US and then he looked on his phone and figured out he made a mistake but I feel that I'm too apart from refund

It was a nice experience, but receiving when you make the reservation clarify that for going with children you do not pay independent quad bike because they do not drive it, but only one, since then they do not make the refund
