The guide was very informative about the route and the sites we visited. The buffet lunch was excellent. The bus transportation including pick up and drop off at hotels was very well organized.

The company turns the bus transportation to a tour. So we can transfer to Puno from Cusco and also able to visit couple archology sites on the way of the bus transfer. Maria was our tour guide. She always brought happiness to the participants. She provided detailed information of each site in both English and Spanish. The bus reached Puno on time and the connection to the hotel had no issues.

We had a great day. We were picked up at our hotel in Puno. The journey was smooth and interesting. The guide was good. Raqchi is an impressive place, and the church of Andahuaylillas a must-see. The buffet lunch was excellent, including the restaurant with stunning views. Once in Cusco, a transfer took us to our hotel.
The only disappointing thing is that we were not taken to the centre of Pukara nor the Museo Litico de Pukara but to the 'Museo arqueologico de Pucara' by the bus service station.

This was a total upside surprise! While we expected some stops on our way to Cusco,
the quality of the tour was way above what we expected from the Expedia website. Our
guide had a solid command of English and was absolutely faithful in giving equally
complete English explanations even though the majority of guests were Spanish
speaking. The small museum at the beginning of the tour included a number a high-
quality exhibits, and our guide’s discussion brought a lot of perspective to what we were
seeing. We stopped at what might be considered as a cloister for the “chosen” Inca girls
who were taken from their villages to serve the interests of the Inca; it was a different
perspective than we gained from other parts of our visit to Peru. Again, the guide
thoroughly enriched the visit. Lunch was great. Later, we visited a small church which
had wall-to-wall murals that showed how the church tried to reach out to the indigenous
population; it was quite different from other churches that we saw in Peru. Again, the
guide made the difference. And he kept everything on time!

Very comfortable seats and headrests, reclining also have USB ports to use to charge your devices. Unfortunately no hot/cold drinks available to purchase on board as advertised; but this didn’t cause any issue as we stopped off every 1.5-2hours on the journey. Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, you are able to purchase a map of Puno and Lake Titicaca on board the bus (10 soles) and this has some interesting information about the history and the route which the bus is taking.
Lunch was buffet style, very tasty & at a gorgeous restaurant with live music performers and a garden with a waterfall. This is a very long journey (approx 11 hours) but is a really good way to travel from Cusco to Puno as the stops allow you to visit more places as well as break up the journey a bit. Wifi on board worked but was very limited due to the areas that we were travelling through - do not rely on this Wifi for you trip, make sure to download something to watch.

A very good experience. Communication with the company was very good, hotel pick up convenient. The bus was comfortable , our guide informative, the lunch stop was in a pleasant location with great variety buffet and the attractions taken in along the way were very interesting.

The tour was nice and we went to 5 places on the way. However, it would have been better if we has just 1 language speaking guide in order to grasp better. Also some time was lost for local shopping stops. The church, the temple, the view point, lunch and museum were v.nice. It would have been great too if they had stopped at the Puma view point which was on the way to Puno too. But overall all was great and the buses were very comfortable.

Well planned with total of 5 stops. Adequate time for each stop. I didn't get tired at all!

The wifi is weak, I was able to connect once for couple minutes, quite disappointing for a 10 hour ride. Hence 4*

My order was on this site, but the transport was not with this green bus, so comments not applicable to them. I bought the trip little more than 6weeks in advance, but during the purchase was never mentioned that firm seats will assigned, nor did I have a place to choose them.
As my wife has a neck condition, I would never accept the last row of a bus, on Peruvian roads with these huge speed bumps every 10 miles or so. Guess what, we were assigned 2 seats on last row, have no clue by whom, that we were told before loading that can’t be change as the bus is full.
Shortly before departure the guide came and offered 2 seats in the front for the party of 3 that were also on the last row. Ignored us. On what criteria, I will not post it. At the first stop we conquered the 2 seats in front of us, though the guide was coming with other 2 persons to place them there.
Normally I would have wanted my money back right before leaving in this trip, but would have messed our schedule so bad. My fault that I made this choice. The companies involved in it, they have a long way to learn the art of the tourism.

We usually provide seats between rows 1 to 5 for better confort.
About the green bus we do provide according availability so unfortunatelle this time we couldnt get seats available here.
We would make sure take more attention and double check the seats and provide better locations.

Nice way to travel.. comfort on the bust, sights and stops make the trip from Cusco to Puno much more fun then just driving... Raqch is an undoubted highlight as it shows once again just what the Inca's were able to do...Was very worthwhile

My husband and I really enjoyed this guided bus tour. While we both would have preferred to have flown, it was much more cost-effective for us to take the bus. Luckily for us, it worked out well! The bus was comfortable, and beverages were offered periodically - that said, bring your own water, as the only beverages were soda, tea, or coffee, and you only get about half a styrofoam cup each time. We really like the fact that we stopped at several places that we otherwise would not have seen. It was a long day, but it was well worth it.

The bus was comfortable and some of the stops were interesting. The main problem was that the guide did not keep to timings meaning that we arrived in over an hour late. This meant that we missed an evening activity. Part way through the day, the guide gave up exp,aiming in Englisg,leaving lots to guess work. I would however probably considering using again.
