Great tour of Machupicchu

Great experience!! They were constantly in touch to remind us of things we needed to take with us - the day before the trip, Nataly once again confirmed the pickup and requirements. Our guide, Ernesto was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took wonderful pictures at all the major spots. The entire tour was extremely enjoyable. Very highly recommended!!

We had a FANTASTIC time with our tour guide, Wilber, at Macchu Picchu. The weather wasn't great to start the day, but it turned out fabulous. Wilber was patient and waited out the fog and rain with us this morning until we were able to see incredible views of Macchu Picchu! He took such great pictures and gave us a lot of information. He found great views for us and helped take us to these spots. It seemed he knew and had access to special spots and views to take pictures where there were less people, which was much appreciated. I really enjoyed his patience. He would always ask if we wanted to stay in certain places or move on and told us we could take our time. He really helped the experience not feel rushed even though I'm sure he was freezing in the rain. I really have to commend Nataly for her customer service experience. I booked this tour in October and she immediately reached out via text message. She was so helpful from day one months ago. She told us when tickets would be available to purchase via the official Machu Picchu website and texted a reminder when it was close to the date to purchase. She told us the best circuit to select. I ended up having difficulties getting my credit card to process the payment on the official Machu Picchu site. She was available to help and purchased them and sent me a secure PayPal link to pay for the tickets. If it weren't for her, I don't think we would have received the tickets we wanted. She confirmed our reservation a week before arrival and the night before our tour. Unfortunately, there was a slight issue that could have turned out negatively, but it did not. Our scheduled tour guide was a "no show." I don't think this is normally the case since they seemed very on top of things. Luckily, I texted Nataly and she immediately tried to locate the tour guide, but could not and had a back-up, who was awesome and he got to Macchu Picchu at the same time of our tour (actually beat us there) since we just took the bus and met him there on our own instead of the original plan to meet us at the hotel. It worked out great, but that wouldn't have happened if Nataly wasn't so responsive! This has been a great experience!! I would recommend this tour!

Ernesto was so wonderful! A guide is a must in Machu Picchu! There are no signs that explain what you are looking at. Ernesto answered every single one of our questions and made everything clear and understandable. He was also a great photographer which was a plus, we have so many lovely memories with the whole group now. I highly highly recommend booking this tour!!
