To inform in advance, provide your phone or WhatsApp number indicating the product number 31651P1 and send message to the emergency contact (the number is found on your voucher) Maximum luggage allowed: 10 kg per person (large bags not allowed). Additional luggage can be left at the hotel or in our office. Pick up only from hotels located in downtown Cusco. Approximate pick-up time: between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (confirmed one day in advance). Passengers must be ready 10 minutes before the indicated time. Rigid luggage is not allowed; backpack or flexible bag is recommended. Carry identity card or passport on the day of the tour (preferably a non-original copy).
