Easy trip and excellent communication from the vendor! A great day trip. They even helped me get an earlier train back. It was highly organized regarding transport and went smoothly. Great guide too!

They didint provide tickets

this tour does not actually include a ticket. you will arrive a day earlier in Aguas Calientes to waste the whole day standing in line for entrance ticket to Machu, and if you go to get a coffee from the train, it may turn out that there will be no tickets because they only sell 1000 tickets. When we got off the train at 8, we were standing in the line 2 hours and we had a number 908/1000, and later in the evening another 3 hours in the line to get a ticket. You can organize it yourself, but no one mentions it in the description of the trip, that we have to get the tickets ourselves. if this is normal in Peru, it should be written about it so that tourists are aware because every visitor was pissed about it

The arrangement and the services are perfect. The agent is reliable. You should book the trip earlier enough in order to make sure to get the entry ticket.

Terrible guide and not the tickets we were promised

We paid for a whole day tour that includes the transfer in their morning, tickets valid for the whole day and a guide. But what we got was a transport picking us up 4.5 hours later than scheduled, a terrible guide (Ulysses) that mentioned barely anything significant about Machu Picchu but preferred talking about celebrity gossip and the duration of Llama orgasms. Lastly we didn’t get full day tickets and had to leave after the tour since we weren’t allowed reentry and the tour ended at the end of the one way leading through Machu Picchu.

Thank you for your rating. but it is a very unfair rating for us. We have indicated a day before that the pick-up time was modified, we have left them in no time. This happened because your entrance to Machupicchu was at 2:00 p.m. because it was the only time of access left and we could not take them very early since they would be standing without doing anything for 3 hours or more. which we decided to do the best for you with all the good intentions and not leave you without access to Machupicchu as it has happened to many people. You mention that we have not given you your tickets, however we have and we have evidence. And we emphasize that the time to visit Machupicchu is only two hours, now it is with limited time before the pandemic if you could visit all day, not now. You comment on our guide, but it is your opinion and from your point of view that he is not a good guide. but it is the opposite, he is one of our best guides and his qualification is strange to us because that same day they were not the only clients. our other customers rated the opposite of you. We imagine that it is because we have not accepted the refund they requested because it was not fair, we have complied with the entire service, we did not do anything of fraud. and they were also given their respective tickets.

Great experience. I lost my house key and the driver in the morning was patient and waited for 30 minutes for me. I thought I was going to have to cancel but the staff was very nice about it. The tour was spectacular and I was never lost. Very well organized. Would definitely recommend.

Hat alles sehr gut geklappt! Am Vortag wurden uns die Tickets für Zug, Bus und Eintritt Machu Picchu zugeschickt. Um 02:30 wurden wir vor unserem Hotel abgeholt. Supererlebnis trotz der vielen Besucher.

Muy recomendable el tour, loa guías excelentes y atentos, solo como consejo traten de comprar las entradas con anticipación en la página oficial así se evitan una fila en el pueblo de machupicchu para comprar las entradas y tener que llegar un dia antes para comprarlas.

Machupicchu, apesar de ter visitado. Não encontrei o guia. Acabei fazendo o passeio sozinho. Acredito que as explicações que teria com o guia iria enriquecer o passeio com conhecimento.
