6 hours journey by bus from Cusco, reached Hidroelectrica 2 hours of flat walk along the railway to Aguas Calientes. Check in at the hotel, spartan but functional, where I met the guide Victor who explained how the visit to the archaeological site was structured, then dinner in a restaurant affiliated with the tour operator Nixon. Early in the morning I woke up and walked along the path that leads from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu, it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes. I met them Victor who made me take the tour of Machu Picchu with detailed information, plus 'took many souvenir photos. After the tour I calmly walked back to Hidroelectrica where I had lunch included in the package. Then return by 7-hour minibus to Cusco.
