This was the best activity we scheduled in our 2 weeks of Greece (and they were all awesome). We loved the kayaking and seeing all of the sights. Our guide was great and knowledgeable explaining everything we were seeing. About 3/4 through the tour, we pulled our kayaks onto a beach. I did not know how far we would get to snorkel. Our guide kept checking on all of us but let us lead (with comfort level) the activity. It was one of the most amazing experiences that I have ever had on vacation. I am not a super strong swimmer (confident, but not winning any medals) and I felt like a mermaid. I snorkeled in a cave, free dived about 10-12 feet down, and snorkeled in water that was 25+ feet. We saw so many fish, urchins, and mollusks. We hugged the coast so there was always the ability to go back and stand on rock if needed (in water, but still able to get grounded). I had no idea this was the experience we would have. It was amazing!!!

This experience was amazing and truly the best money we spent in Crete. Miltros was a gem, fed us cake when we had a break and had so many interesting facts about the coastal line you kayak. The bat cave was thrilling and truly a once in a lifetime experience. The snorkelling was beautiful and everybody’s pace was accounted for. Truly had a beautiful time.

We had a fantastic sea kayaking and snorkeling experience with Manu. He gave us a useful training and tips before we started kayaking, and frequently checked in with us throughout the experience to make sure we were feeling comfortable. The scenery was stunning. We also got to snorkel and view an old shipwreck, which was such an unexpected and interesting experience. Manu was very friendly and we appreciated his stories and knowledge of the area. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants an active and engaging time.

Brialliant Mix of Sea Kayaking and Snorkelling

For a family of 4 who are by no means experienced kayakers, this was a brilliant mix of sea kayaking and snorkelling along a beautiful stretch of coastline inaccessible by any other means. Our host was flexible enough to alter the timing of our trip to coincide with the head wind strength. Entering the sea cave by kayake was a great experience although it wasn't compulsory as it could be a challenge for those not fond of enetering confined spaces. There was so much to see beneath the surface including old railway tracks from WW2 and marine life including a lion fish. We really enjoyed this as a family experience and certainly enjoyed our evening meal afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic experience

First a fun kayaking trip where the guide explained the environment. Then snorkeled where we saw a turtle, an octopus, a squid and many other fish. We dived for beautiful shells where the guide gave us tips for deep diving. In summary: the most fun activity we did this week.

Amazing sea cave tour

I took this amazing tour with two of my friends during our first day on Crete, and what an incredible way to start the trip! Miltos was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide, and the scenery was breathtaking! We chose to explore a sea cave, and it was so beautiful that we didn’t want to leave. We also stopped in a little cove to do some snorkeling which was incredible as well. Some sea kayaking experience is helpful because it can get a bit windy out there. This was an experience we will never forget, and I would highly recommend this tour!

A wonderful mini-adventure

We paddled up one of the pretty peninsulas near Kissamos. Our Guide, Manu, had delayed the trip by a few days, due to rough seas - not being experienced kayakers, his concern reassured us. The paddle was relatively easy and we snorkelled in the crystal clear waters at a half way point, where we saw a Lion Fish! On the way back we paddled with the sun setting behind a hill. A really lovely experience and great way to spend half a day.
