Wonderful tour with exceptional customer service

We booked the tour on a date which was available due to an error in their system, even if it shouldn't have been. The normal response of companies is to cancel the booking and write and apology. This company (and primarily the wonderful guide Viola) however sincerely apologized and gave us a private tour for the same price! We were delighted, and the whole tour was great! The guide was really knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions in great detail. She asked us if we wanted to personalize the tour slightly to our wishes, which we agreed to and were able to experience Cretan culture more closely. We had the feeling that the tour was given by a friend and not by someone who just wanted the money, which was great and is quite rare today. I would say this was our favourite tour by far and there is nothing we would want to change even slightly.

Wirklich tolle Tour. Wir waren aber froh dass wir nur die Tour zum Plateau gebucht haben und nicht noch Knossos hinterher, da es echt lange dauert, auf den Berg zu fahren. Die Höhle ist atemberaubend, wenn man relativ fit ist kommt man gut hoch. Und auch außerhalb der Höhle belohnt einen der Ausblick nonstop. Guide war auch toll und hat interessante Dinge auf deutsch und englisch erzählt.
