On the day of pick up driver called us and tried to cancel even though we paid extra for mini van He said that our booking disappeared Completely not true as we could see our booking on Viator We have been to many countries around the world we have had no one treat us so badly he lied to us every time we spoke to him He was always rude in his communication to us The departure transfer we had prepaid was worse we paid for a mini van and he sent a car instead then he abused us when we told him we had photos and had proof He ruined our vacation in Crete a horrible experience with this tour operator because he lied without shame Never experienced this is any other country in the world

First of all we would like to especially thank you for describing your experience with us and secondly i would like to inform you that our company is a private transfer company and not a tour operator. Unfortunately from the first time you book your private transfer with our company around 4 months ago you were sending multiple emails to our support team with no reason asking and confirming every time a different question.With patience and professionalism our team had answer every email or whats up message you send us.The day that your arrival was scheduled we called you for the last confirmation as your booking seems not to be appeared any more one our dispatch system and kindly asking you to confirm with Viator.com about your booking.Unfortunately you started yelling and sending messages to our support team and calling them criminals and thieves because we asked you to confirm that everything seems to be normal from Viator.com side.The same situation, the pick up time was scheduled 4 months ago but the day before you sent us 3 whatsapp messages 2 emails and 2 messages from Viator.com support to confirm that everything was as scheduled from before (when we did that at your arrival we were criminals).Once again our team responded in each message and in each email.The final scene was made the day that your departure was scheduled.Your pick up time was scheduled at 07.00 your driver was at the scheduled pickup point from 06.50. You stayed in the reception and you sent us messages and phone calls to complain and at the same time your driver was waiting for you in front of the hotel reception.Once we offer our services and you arrived at the airport with a smooth and safe transfer you immediately call the Viator.com support team complaining for the car quality and the car that we send to serve you. With all the respect I would like to inform you that we have been operating in the tourism industry for the last 14 years and for the first time in our career we are facing such bad and disrespectful behaviour from a client.I wish this case will be the last for all those people who are offering services in the tourism industry. We are have all the necessary proofs such as whats up messages, phone calls, gps details and we will remain at your disposal as well as at Viator.com disposal for any kind of information or clarification they should need for that case.
