This was a beautiful place. The staff was very friendly. Food was delicious and large portions. I actually had to ask for smaller portions because I didn’t want to waste the food. Very secluded and quiet. The water was very clear. You could see the fish swimming next to you. But not kid friendly for an 11 year old. I booked this location off of reviews and pictures which didn’t matched up. I overlooked that there is no pool which would have been okay but there was no way to sit on the beach with sand and have my kid run back and forward to water. Very rocky, only one entrance to beach water. If you’re an older couple who wants peace and quiet with no kids, this would be the place for you.

the all inclusive was very misleading..the massage and the little shop and tequila tasting was awesome however staff for food and drinks were very rude food took a long time to be delivered.alcoholic drinks were included but when ordering a soda did not realize that it was not included in the all inclusive and billing was very confusing and staff was really pushy about tip. bill was 160.00 and they kept pushing for a 60 dollar tip we gave 40 dollar tip even though staff was rude.

We had an ok time at Sky Reef Beach Club. We arrived at 2:00 PM after a morning excursion, and there was limited seating on the beach. We got some food (not bad, but not great) and a couple of watery drinks. Service was friendly enough but slow because they were busy. We ventured out to snorkel and saw several kinds of fish. Be careful - it's very slippery where you first enter the water. Probably would try a different beach club if I were to return to Cozumel in the future.

We had a fantastic day! Amazing snorkelling right off the beach. Food was delicious and drinks very tasty! Fernando was an amazing waiter and made our day so great!! Highly recommend this place!!!!

We booked the all inclusive package for four hours. The four hours started with the first drink order. Our server was Javier and he was wonderful. We also did the Tequila tarting which was fun. There are massages available and a souvenir shop with reasonable prices, both took credit cards. We had never snorkeled before and this was the perfect place to start. One of our favorite days at Cozumel, highly recommend.

This is not the flashy experience of Paradise beach club, however we loved that we had the almost the whole club to ourselves. Great service, very attentive and kept our drinks and plates full. The snorkeling here was fantastic and the beach wasn’t crowded. Fantastic day!

I wasn’t as excited about our stop in Cozumel because I heard it was very touristy but this beach day was just what we needed, with the all inclusive package you got treated like royalty! Loved our waiter Lizardo, he really took care of us and made sure we were taken care of for sure!!

Johnny was an awesome snorkeling guide! Showed us some colorful fish, stingrays and two little lobsters among the coral.
The merchandise sales people were pushy and overcharged me when converting USD to pesos on my credit card. Conversion rate charged was 20.00 pesos for $1 USD, but should have been 18.40 pesos for $1 USD. Beware!
Food was fresh and very tasty, especially the guacamole and ceviche.

The actual site is not what was advertised. There was 1 umbrella, some chairs which were dirty and rusty. Access to the water was a dock with stairs, water is very rocky, lots of seaweed and rough. People kept getting covered in the seaweed. The food was not good and wait staff did not come to our chairs for drinks we had to go to the.

I booked a last minute cruise for this past April so to be honest there weren't that many resorts available by the time I started searching but I honestly had a GREAT time. You can't beat the food and drinks for the price. The sample massage led me to buy and until you get an outdoor massage with the breeze hitting you; you haven't lived. Mr. TEQUILAS samples. Yum. We took bought and took back 2 bottles each. He wrapped them better than UPS. Book it! Don't think twice.

We bought the 65$ pp package. The business was acting as if it feared losing money and the moment we stepped in they gave us watered down sodas (not one bit exaggerating) and the waiter was actively preventing me from ordering food. And the tacos has about 4 pieces of dice-sized meat on it.

We sampled everything they had to offer, which isn't what we normally do. We got massages, 30 mins for $55 each. They were professional, clean, and did a great job.
We did tequila tasting with Cesar and bought a few bottles and shopped at their craft store.
We lounged by the beach, snorkled on crystal clear water that was at least fifteen feet deep and clear all the way to the bottom. We also saw a ton of fish that were not afraid to come near!
Our waiter, Hilario, was so good. Our drinks were fast and delicious, the food was obviously homemade. We had chicken tacos with a delicious, spicy verde cream sauce.
This place had a milder, more chill vibe than other places. It was not a "party" venue. You could hear the ocean over the music and it was all so nice.
Things to be prepared for:
Getting into and out of the water requires using some stairs and the distance from the last step to the water is somewhat large. With my feet on the sand, my hip reached the last step.
Also, the sand near the stairs is somewhat treacherous, with large holes. Be prepared to be careful until your maybe 5 feet out, then it's smooth.

Food and drinks were great. Really enjoyed snorkeling the water was so clear and there was so much marine life. If your looking for beach though this isn’t for you they have rocks for shore line however it is a reef and not beach.
