This is the best bar crawl in Cozumel!
I took a similar tour 11 years ago with group of others on a bus. This private tour with Taz was amazing!

It is longer and better than other excursions we've been on. We really enjoyed the tequila tasting also.
Our guide Taz was excellent and very knowledgeable.
Would definitely do this again.

Gerard was amazing and let us go at our own pace. He was very informative and knowledgeable. The first stop was our favorite. The Tequila was amazing, but the mole was oh sooo good!

Our tour guide was fabulous and went out of his way to make our experience memorable and tailored to our needs. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He asked detailed questions about where in particular we would like to go to from the choices detailed in package. He let us choose the amount of time at each location, and even was nice enough to hold our bags as we made purchases. Our favorite spots were a bar where the bartender had once worked at Coconuts but now has opened up his own bar, a bar right beside Coconuts with a gorgeous beach access, and of course Coconuts on top of a hill. I cannot remember his name, but he was the owner's son. I highly recommend this tour and this tour guide.

My fiancée and I first did this tour back in March 2024. We had so much fun that, when the opportunity to return to Cozumel arose again, this time with family, we were able to persuade them to join us on this wonderful tour. We all had a blast! This time, in additional to tequila tasting, we had the opportunity to join an authentic chocolate tasting as well! Our wonderful guide Geraldo (again!) was so friendly and flexible with our time - and so accommodating with my mother and her more limited mobility. A great way to see Cozumel - especially the eastern side away from the crowds!

After getting engaged on the cruise ship the night before, we were ready to celebrate! We did not want to stay in one place in Cozumel nor get stuck out in the sun or snorkel (which we are not that good at). Instead, we wanted to see much more of beautiful Cozumel in our limited time there - and on a Sunday when many other tours were not available.
The tour stopped at 4 different places, which included tequila, chocolate, honey and hot sauce tastings at the first stop, and 3 unique and fun beach bars on the east coast of Cozumel - each with a complimentary drink or shot. The first bar/restaurant allowed us to purchase lunch with live musicians traveling from table to table. The second and third bars had a more playfully adult sense of humor with the last bar having the best mojitos on the planet - all with the beautiful backdrop of the Caribbean.
Our tour guide Geraldo was amazing and so friendly, giving us a wonderful education about Cozumel and helping to keep our purchased good safe in his van so we could relax at each stop.
I would recommend bringing extra cash for tipping and purchasing additional drinks - especially since the east coast of Cozumel lacks phone and cell service to support credit card purchases. Geraldo was prepared for this too! Such a fun time!

We had the best guide, Cor, and a great careful driver, who took us on a tour of the island (with a lot of local history) and with wonderful bar and distillery stops. Fun and laughter was had by all 8 of us.

Our cruise ship arrived late to the port, making us late getting off the ship and making us to the excursion point 15 minutes late. Unfortunately, the tour left without us. Bummed we couldn't catch up.

The places we went were good but our vans A/C blew hot air and we seated to death for 5 hours! Also, we were supposed to get Tshirts. We sent sizes ahead as requested and they said they didn’t have any right now.

Another amazing adventure with Jerry. This time we had 6 people and visited 6 stops along the tour. This is a great way to see the other side of the island with a safe and friendly driver. The stops are bars, so expect to purchase drinks/food as desired. Many are on the beach and thus opportunity to relax in sun or under cover. If you like to bar-hop, this is the tour for your group.

We done this tour before and it was so much fun. This time I was disappointed. First of all it ended up just being me and my husband, not the group tour we were looking forward to. Free t-shirts were not our size,, one looked to be a child size. We did get a few small shots of tequila at the first stop but not without being pressure to buy bottles. I did enjoy the information about how this tequila s made..the other stops were at beach bars that were over crowded, free small shots, anything else you pay out of pocket and of course you’re going to want more. Just was a fun tour this time and not worth the money you pay...we would of been better off renting our own ride and buying our own drinks and food at the same places. I did like our driver, he was nice and did have beer and water, and car was small but air conditioner worked. Felt like a rip-off. Nothing like the one we took 4 years ago.

Gerardo was a fantastic guide! He had a well thought out plan for the day but was also flexible. He wasn’t just our driver for a safe and fun bar crawl, he was an excellent tour guide answering all our questions and providing facts about the island!
