Getting to Paradise is super easy. The easiest way to get here is taking a taxi from your cruise ship/hotel. It is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride and runs about US$16 each way (per TAXI not per Person) for a car for up to four people. There are also taxi VANS that takes up to 8 people.

What To Expect
Book your Paradise Beach day pass online in advance and receive your voucher via email, which you can show at the beach club entrance to receive your day pass wristbands. Then spend your time inside relaxing on your reserved beach loungers overlooking the water for as long as you’d like.
Take a dip in the ocean or the heated pool, order unlimited food and drinks at the on-site restaurant or from your beach chairs, and use the on-site amenities like showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. For an extra charge, you can access the inflatables anchored just offshore or book parasailing or banana boat rides.

Our experience at Paradise beach was amazing. Miguel took such good care of us beach side. He made sure we had plenty of food and drinks. Also my massage was amazing!! I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again.

We loved the atmosphere and the service was amazing. The only downside was the limited access to the beach due to rocky areas. Otherwise it was beautiful and our big kids had a blast on the floating obstacle course and the pool was very nice.

We had a great day at Paradise Beach and would absolutely come back.
We’ve been before and decided to return because it’s become one of our favorite Cozumel stops — and it didn’t disappoint. The facilities were clean, the pool was excellent, and it was an easy, relaxing beach day for our family.
A special shoutout to Omar, our waiter, who was fantastic all day. He was attentive without being pushy, checked in regularly, and helped make the experience feel easy and enjoyable.
Our only disappointment was that life vests for children were an additional $16 to rent. We brought our 5-year-old daughter and ended up only using the vest in the pool area (we didn’t use the ocean inflatables), so that fee felt a little steep for our situation. Not a huge issue and it didn’t ruin the day, but something families may want to plan for ahead of time.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return on a future cruise

This was my second time going to Paradise Beach and it was not like I remembered that. It was a very hot day and they come through and took the umbrellas down because they said it was too windy but if you look over at their next resort, all of their umbrellas were up two hours into our visit just about everybody had left the beach because it was too hot. We went to the pool and everybody was in the pool. There was no chairs available. I had went to the restroom. My son went to get a lifejacket and they refused to give him a light jacket because they did not have my ID. A lifeguard coming to me inside my son's life jacket and he said I tried to get one, but they would not give me one because I did not have your ID. The service was by far the best part. But I do not think that we will be returning.

The food is incredibly good along with a he drinks. The waitstaff is great as well making sure you are getting everything you need. Clean facilities as far as restrooms, etc. my kids were disappointed in the water quality - not the Caribbean blue and quite a bit of stinky algae on the beach - this is nothing the workers could control obviously. My kids did enjoy the slides and things to do and the pool was another favorite - beautiful!!

Food is excellent! Pool is good size. The beach has a lot of chairs. The only downside is the seaweed. Miguel was our waiter and he was awesome!! The cab ride to the club from the ship is about 10 minutes ( $18-20) for 4 people.

The beach club itself was perfect in every way! It’s a shame that our taxi driver (Taxi #78 on 6/12/26) was intentionally rude towards myself and my family from the moment I paid him and tipped him. I paid $20 while getting into the taxi. That was a mistake. Based upon his reaction and the way he began treating us, I should’ve immediately gotten my family out and asked for another driver. I just didn’t want a confrontation in a foreign country. He topped it off by dropping us two blocks further away from the port entrance versus where the other taxis were dropping off. Despite that, we will be coming back to the beach club. Great food, drinks, service, short walk, clean facilities… My SINGLE bit of criticism for the beach club would be to have an option for a second umbrella for four lounges. We all four wanted and needed shade at times — not just two at a time.

The entire "beach" is covered in rocks. You cant safely or comfortably walk into the water. The floating island was disgusting. The food and drinks were really good but the waiters were kept so busy it took a while to order. Once you ordered the food came very quickly. The pool side was great. Beach not so much.

the venue is a very nice place and the staff are so friendly and helpful . the only problem we encountered was the water area had lots of rocks on bottom and that is no control of venue

We was harassed by the waiter saying that we needed to tip and close out our accounts, but we paid all exclusive and he did not leave the table until that we gave a tip. He said the tip went to everybody that worked in the kitchen.

This place is beautiful clean family friendly and has excellent staff. Not a great “beach” but the water is usually calm and the activities abound. Not recommended for small children but they do have a beautiful pool The grounds are like walking thru a rain forest. Just amazing. Great day”

Very good food and drinks. All cocktails iced drinks smoothies etc incl.uded. Very nice beach and pool area. Very busy until most on cruise ships leave at around 2.30pm . For value and quality can't be beaten . Shrimp chiche was lovely and wife enjoyed blue cheese burger..
Would definitely recommend coming here. Service second to none. The waiter service is fantastic.

Paradis Beach Resort was beautiful!! Food and drinks were amazing! Although there were more than one ship in port that day, it was not crowded at all. Omar was our server and he was fantastic and very attentive. Will visit again, when cruising to Cozumel.
