The whole family was pleased with this excursion. The snorkeling views and instructors were very safe and knowledgeable. They helped us and we saw a nurse shark, multiple sting rays, one small jelly fish, barracuda, sea turtles, and many many fish. The food and drinks were fabulous and so so fresh. Best ceviche we had on the whole trip.

Absolutely the best boat tour we’ve ever taken. There were 4 stops, generous tequila shots on board, and though we got on the water a bit late due to a handicapped individual and trying to get his chair on the boat, they did not rush us and actually we got in late, having had gotten an extra hour out of the excursion. This was a stellar trip!

The cruise was awesome!! I didnt give it 5-stars due to the food & drinks not being the greatest, but the entertainment was perfect!! The staff is so helpful and fun, and they go above & beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and to make sure every person onboard is having a great time!!! Dance contest and the Conga line was fun! Sunset and water were amazing! One of the snorkeling stops is in fairly shallow water. Im not a swimmer, so I was shocked for the opportunity to safely get off the boat into the ocean. I did still use a life vest though. I highly recommend this cruise, just eat first and BYO small personal cooler. They only have beer, not so great margaritas, water, and soda. Book it!

Amazing Catamaran

Haven't had a bad tour yet, while on the island, and this one is no exception. These guys were wonderful and impressive. The catamaran was roomy and clean. Took precautions to ensure everyone's safety. Snorkeling was great. We were taken to a spot where there was lots to see, but nothing protected. This meant were able to "free dive," without worrying about accidental damage. Lunch was incredible. However the best part of the tour was how well they had taken care of an older gentleman with some type of muscular/nerve disorder. They took really great care of him and they were fun to boot. For that, they deserve even extra stars.

This was one of the best excursion we went on while on our cruise! I cannot say enough about everything. The guides were so friendly and funny. They made the experience that much more fun! The boat was clean and big! I was surprised it fit all of us! They were very helpful with the snorkeling gear and making sure we saw the fish and enjoyed snorkeling. They had a GREAT playlist for fun and music on board and were very generous with the drinks! The snack was great and the lunch at the resort was amazing! Best one so far! So do this excursion! Also, they take pictures for you, so you don't have to worry about trying to take pictures and snorkel at the same time!! That was great for me and our family! We were even able to purchase them at the end, so that was a plus!!

Boat Left without us

We had a group of 10 people, the boat fits 15 so we had more than half the reservations for the trip. Our ship changed port destinations and caused us to miss the boarding time. Excursion company was unprofessional and impossible to locate because their rep was a guy standing in the street, known by other excursion companies as “the man in the pink shirt”. We missed the departure time by 15 minutes, most of which was spent looking for the guy when we made it to the correct port. Unprofessional company and still waiting to hear about my refund request

The snorkeling was excellent and the crew was nice and helpful. Very disappointed that we didn't sail as sailing was advertised in the description of the tour.

Catamaran Excursion

Very friendly staff! Although it took a bit to get out of the cruise port, it is not their fault. Once we found our destination it was smooth sailing. The catamaran was absolutely beautiful - more than we expected! There was only 8 people on the excursion we did which we absolutely loved! More opportunity for a personalized experience. Although it was somewhat rough, so we didn't see much besides fish. Again - not their fault! The resort and lunch that was provided was absolutely astonishing. I could not believe how beautiful and delicious everything was! The drinks were flowing after the snorkeling portion. There was not one time where we reached the bottom of our glasses. The staff were so quick to help out it was amazing.

Fun water excursion

This was a super fun tour. It gave us a chance to snorkel as well as jump off the boat at a second location just to swim in the crystal clear aqua waters. The crew was fun and friendly and catered to our every need. The only slight negative would be the food. It was so-so. It wasn’t what I would call authentic Mexican cuisine. Basically a sandwich and pasta salad. All in all we enjoyed the tour and would do it again.

Tons of fish!

Tour was located walking distance from our pier, so that was a plus. Catamaran was comfortable and there were only about 20 passengers. Fernando and his crew were great. First stop was snorkeling at a marine preserve. There were tons of fish. Snorkeled about 45 minutes, then cruised along the coast of Cozumel and stopped to relax or swim. Very nice day.

Great catamaran tour started with snorkeling at the reef and a great ride to a semi private beach with lunch by the Westin hotel I highly recommend. The crew was outstanding and food and drinks top notched. Boat was nice not too too many people just enough to make it enjoyable Weather was great in January, never felt unsafe

Cozumel is beautiful!

The reef was beautiful! I do believe they need to invest in new masks. Several people had trouble with theirs leaking. The captain also hit a wave from another boat and my teenagers on the front of the boat flew into the air and all of their belongings were soaked. NOT cool.The food and drinks were good. The guides were very friendly but I did not leave a tip because of the cost of my son's cell phone that got wet.
