Pickup details

IMPORTANT: Once your booking is confirmed please send us a private message reconfirming your desired pickup time and your email address so we can send you more details for the day of your arrival and a map so you have no trouble leaving the port. Details for PICKUP: On the day of your arrival, there will be someone waiting for you just before the exit of the port premises. There ir a line to aboard the taxis but you can directly skip the line because hayhu already has a designated driver waiting for you. His name is GABRIEL or RUTH FROM THE COMPANY TAXI TOUR COSTA MAYA and they will Immediately locate you in your vehicle. I will send you an email with pictures of where you will find them. Remember, you have to go towards the exit of the port to where the taxis are. Follow the red line in the map. (It’s about a 20min walk). We book and pay the transportation 24hs before your arrival, so If there is any inconvenient, please let us as soon as you can. Remember that the pick up time is according to the Mahahual time.

Secluded beach getaway

This place is secluded and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and kind. Food was delicious as well. They only thing that was not good was the sargassum seaweed was covering the beach, but that is completely out of their control. We will definitely book this excursion again when we come to Costa Maya!

Fantastic People, Food & Amenities

We have been on a 2-week long Princess cruise and this was our final port before headed home. My Wife and I were blown away by how nice this hidden gem is. Located only about a 25 minute drive from the Port in Costa Maya, Hayhu is a must visit again for us. Our driver, Gabriel, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a short history lesson on the way to the private beach club. Once we arrived at the destination, we found ourselves constantly in awe. The food is amazing! The servers were top-notch! This was our favorite cruise excursion out of 8 total ports on this trip.

Nice quiet location for a beach getaway.

Great beach day at a very quiet resort. I think there were maybe 3 other couples there when we were. The location is not large, but it's nicely appointed with plenty of shade and seating for everyone. The weather was not ideal (very windy) but of course nobody can control the weather. We had a private day bed with shade, a small table for food/drinks and lounge chairs to ourselves. As far as getting to the venue, Gabriel was our driver. He reached out to us via WhatsApp and ensured we knew where to meet and agreed on a time. He gave us a little mini-tour as we drove. He also worked with the manager of the facility to make sure we were picked up to return to the ship in a timely manner. It's a 'little' tricky to get to the Taxi area outside the port, they obviously design the shopping area to keep you there, but we were provided a map and pictures that made it easy to find our ride. The food at the resort was very good, the service was impeccable. I had a massage, that was very nice and decently priced. Everyone was very friendly. Everything else (food/drinks) were included as advertised. 10/10 would go back.
