I booked this excursion many days ahead and without reason, it cancelled. I rebooked thinking it’s a glitch, but the excursion was cancelled again. When asked why was my reservation was cancelled twice: they stated they had multiple bookings. It’s annoying being that now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money to be refunded and we were really looking forward to this. So I would not recommend

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the disappointment caused by the cancellation. We would like to clarify that the first reservation was cancelled at the customer’s request. A new booking was then made for a different date, but unfortunately we no longer had availability at that time. For this reason, the new reservation could not be confirmed and was cancelled with a full refund through the platform. We always recommend booking in advance, especially during high demand dates. We regret that we were unable to host you on this occasion and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on a future visit to Cartagena.
