We did not go on tour but did get to the boat launch. What they do not tell you is that it is loaded bus that takes close to an hr to get to the boat. The number of people did not appeal to us. We did not go on the trip. The boat looked pretty small.

It seems like this tour, or the ones like it, is the thing to do in Cartagena. Unfortunately, the tour left me the first day. The directions under the booking say to meet at 8 AM under the clock tower, and I waited there until 9 o'clock. I speak very little Spanish, and no one around could help me identify WanderLust. I was so grateful when I got back near Wi-Fi and got a call from Miriam saying that they were waiting for me, but I was already near my hotel. She was so very helpful and said that she would add me to the tour on the next day. It's turns out, though the directions on the booking say to meet at the Clock Tower, you are actually supposed to meet at a restaurant not too far from it. I wish I had known that, but I'm glad that I actually still had an extra day of vacation, otherwise I would've missed it all together. Overall, I did enjoy the tour. Everyone from Miriam, our actual tour guide who came along with us whose name I think was Mille, and even the guys on our boat who were driving were so kind and helpful. They waited patiently for people, ameri consciously help people on and off the boat each time. The boat ride was fun but does get a bit choppy, and the last island was my favorite! I wish we could have stayed there longer. Much love and thanks again to Miriam!

No nos encantó. Empezó todo bien con la actividad del snorkel, aunque fuimos la única excursión que no tenía tuvo para nadar. Luego fuimos a Cholon durante 2 horas, donde se nos sirvió el almuerzo que en la descripción no decía que íbamos a comer ahí. Muy incómodo comer en el agua sin sillas, no queríamos estar tanto tiempo ahí. La isla estaba muy sucia. Uno esperaría que donde paras a almorzar tendrías baño y ahí hay un baño solo pago (que no está en buenas condiciones). Nos tuvimos que subir al barco para que entendieran que nos queríamos ir, la siguiente isla estaba bien pero nos dejaron 45 minutos. En la descripción dice que pasas por isla grande que ni te bajas. La actividad del plancton fue una experiencia mala también. Nos llevaron con tormenta eléctrica y encima no se vio nada el plancton. No repetiría la experiencia.
