We take guests on a 2 hour tour of Tierra Bomba Island. We drive through local communities, on trails and stop at beautiful beaches where guests are welcome to take a break from the heat and swim. We currently have 6 Honda ATVs, model 420, available for rent. We only offer tours with a minimum rental of 2 vehicles per group or family. We include the water taxi to and from the island, cold drinks, and helmets. We have guides who speak English and Spanish. The activity is available 7 days a week at 10 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. We have an area to change your clothes and we can store your belongings if needed. Message for more details. GREAT Colombia ATV Experience with Christopher

ONLY BOOK THIS ATV EXCURSION. If you were thinking about others, this is your sign to book this ATV experience with Christopher. It was my birthday trip and he made the experience a great time. He’s helpful, charismatic, and ensures you have a great time while also being safe. As for the start of the excursion, You’ll meet on the beach behind the hospital, and he’ll take you in a boat to the another island directly across for ATV riding. The boat ride is only about 5 minutes. Once on the other side you’ll get your safety gear (full helmet with strap), protective gear and your ATV. Heads up — The trail is not a flat surface all the way through — it definitely has bumps, ups, downs, hills and curves but that makes for a good experience. Ultimately, you end up at a nice, private-ish beach with nice views. You will get dusty and dirty, so you might want to bring an extra pair of clothes and shoes. I’d recommend closed toe shoes for the ATV experience and maybe sandals for the boat ride over as your feet will likely get wet. Christopher also has face masks for sale (~20 pesos) (they resemble Pooh shiesty masks). Overall, 10/10 experience.

It was an awesome tour and one that I think everyone should experience on visiting Cartagena Colombia. We get to see so much more just by traveling one hour to the destination where we went for our horse back and ATV tour. They picked us up from our hotel, the tour guide was so passionate about the work done there they made us feel we were being part while doing a unique experience. Glorious!

We have traveled the world and had numerous inspiring experiences. This is definitely one of our Top ten! Our driver Tony and our guide Corina were superb! We drove one hour outside of Cartagena through two rural communities. When you arrive you are greeted with a delicious breakfast overlooking the property, watching the birds fly around you and hearing the birds call out to one another. Following breakfast, we had the opportunity to cut the fruit and feed the parrots and macaws up close and personal. What glorious birds! The center is rehabilitating the birds to be released back into the wild and they graciously took us through the cages to see their process. Later we drove to the top of the property with a stunning view of the ocean and saw dozens of birds that are ready to be released and many others that have already been released in the trees and flying around. What a spectacle! This is well worth your time. If you love wolf life you must take this tour!

I should have scheduled this tour on the 1st day of our arrival. Learn from my mistake and don’t skip this tour. A truly authentic experience of Cartagena street food. The Coconut icee at the 1st stop was the perfect beginning of our tour. Not only do you get to try the amazing food and drinks, but you also get to learn about the different neighborhoods of Gethsemeni and the Walled City. Mafi and Christian did an incredible job and spoke English very well. You even have time to take pictures. We were very full at the end of the tour. From coffee to arepas to candies and beer, the best plantains with cheese, it balances sweet and savory. Bring money to buy extras to bring home with you. This tour will not disappoint.
